In addition to Virtual James' guide, note that you CAN exit the level once you have shot the fruit bowl. You do not need to see each level through to the end.
Antmeist if i found a fruit bowl on my first play through, will it reappear for the second playthrough? cheers

Richters Shadow everytime you play a level it will be there, so you dont have to worry about it not reappearing.
