Smuggler's Den is Chapter 4 of Film 1. During this level, you will occasionally spot red parrots flying above you in the outdoor areas. There's one flying around the first main island, before you go underground.

In free play, you can hit them with most ranged attacks - Will's axe, guns, etc. If you want to get it in Story mode, switch to Jack Sparrow and use his compass (hold B) to find the coconut (it's the item on the right) on the first main island. Go near the parrot and wait for the reticule to appear over it, then hit B to toss the coconut.
Gen Fire Dragon You can also get this in Story, though it is more difficult. On the island with the banana tree there are also some coconuts that you can pick up and toss at them. (I actually did this without realizing there was an achievement for it, I was just looking to figure out what I needed to do next.)

Gen Fire Dragon Wow, good job. I apparently was unable to read because I did not see the Story mode mention at all the first time I looked at it.

The Dawn of Don Perfect solution. Also got "What do you want most?" on this level. First play through for both achievements.
