As simple as the description, I got it before I finished the first film story.

A good place to grind this is in Tortuga when you get Anamaria and after giving her the ruby the two upper windows open. Pirates pour in two at a time as long as you don't close the windows. (Thanks to MissJaded)

Just kill everyone.
A BatwomanThere is one good area to grind this is when your in Tortuga when your rounding up you're buddies there is a room when you reach Anamaria where you have to give her a ruby from smashing the dresser. There are windows that spawn two pirates they keep coming just don't close the window and keep killing them. Another good place is on some of the ships they spawn and spawn pirates. Hope this helps even though you'll get it alittle later you'll fight alot of people in this game.

GooRoo4EverTook me until mission four in movie two, but I am playing the whole game in co-op so I am guessing player two kills do not count.
