You unlock the Gymkhana Academy after getting 450 total points during the first season. There are a total of 5 tutorials:

1: Smash (0:07)
This one is tricky. Follow the path in the video underneath, and you should eventually get it. If you are having trouble, try revisiting it once you get more similar with the game.

2: Air (1:02)
Probably the easiest of all the tutorials. Just line up with the ramp and make sure you have decent speed and take off straight. Spin you car around to head back the other direction and land 4 perfect jumps, to get 45000+ and get that platinum medal.

3: Drift (1:48)
Very frustrating, but not too bad once you get the hang of it. Again, feel free to come back to this if you are having trouble. The key is to go in a 8-figure instead of an oval. Another key is to score off ALL gates during every corner. Missing a single one will make you get gold instead. Average at least 4,000 a gate, and you should be able to get that platinum medal. If you find yourself having a few bad corners, try rewinding or restarting.

4: Spin (3:05)
Make sure to approach the zone at an angle, hit your brake, turn into the zone, and then apply handbrake and start spinning. As soon as you reach 3 triangles (10,000 points) start heading for the next zone. As long as you make no mistakes, you should be able to make it before the time runs out.

5: Donut (4:19)
The final challenge. Start off with the donut in front of you, and then do what feels right. As soon as you see those 3 triangles fill up, head towards the next closest donut opportunity. Don't waste time, just head for whatever is front of you. After a few tries, this one should come.

PrismaKobra i use to play racegames without any driving assistanc so in dirt 3 too. of corse its more difficult for e.g. this achivement. not sure if i can get it. i will try on an if its not work it is ok.

Hirsute Dave Even with all the assists on this is ballbustingly difficult - even more annoying is the fact I keep *just* missing out.

MQ1 Sky Warrior Drift tutorial: Because this solution isn´t very helpful for me (what should i say: nice video but without any explanations very hard to "copy" it). So i found this youtube video, where the guy has left a comment for his solution.

After changing to manual transmission and using only the 2nd gear it´s was much easier to get the 145.000 points.

TickTockRob I did this with only ABS on...! I was a little surprised to find it worth so little for TA value, so I hope that means it's a lot easier with all the other assists on. The donut one was very tricky indeed.

Hong Kong Fewie MQ1 Sky Warrior is god!! Getting nowhere on automatic, switched to manual and stuck in 2nd and within 15 mins I had it done with a score of 153,000! Top tip

MizerisMoney These are definately not as easy as the guy in the video makes them out to be. I know he is not doing it on purpose, but you will pull your hair out with some of these challenges. What was Codemasters thinking when they came up with these achievements?

MAKA91 @MizerisMoney - I specifically say "This is the hardest tutorial achievement you will ever do". And I mentioned that it's hard enough that you may want to come back after you have some experience.

dwu1983 That drift challenge was killing me for over an hour before I switched to manual and stuck it in 2nd gear. Then I got it on my 3rd try.

Potent Skittles Just want to add. On the Smash challenge don't be afraid to experiment with different paths. I found it much easier to immediately go for the two donuts. If I didn't complete those quickly and cleanly I would simply restart right away. Get the most difficult part out of the way first!

Ginn0rz Drift Tutorial: Change the driver view to nose only and use the manual transmission trick. I found it a lot easier to maintain drifts in this driving view.

StonedRicky Thanks MAKA! Good video gave me lots of help, but still i almost twisted my controller to banana when i struggled with the drift challenge... at least 10 tries between 138,000 - 144,000 but finally 3,30 a clock at night i got this one!
