All The Monte carlo Events Distance if you complete them once from the dirt tour add up to 47.3 miles so either participate twice and a bit of just keep racing the monte carlo tracks.

The Extra Miles can be obtained online. ( Thanks To azGRIMES for this addition to the solution)

Also another point raised, is that the achievement unlocks mid race, so if you wished you could rubber band your controller on a hairpin and grind it out.(Thanks To Spilner for this Addition)

These miles can be done in any game mode including time trail (Thanks to captincrampy89 for this addition)

Hopefully this helps, if negative vote comment why? so the solution can be improved.
azGRIMES Can you confirm that you can get the rest of the miles done in Online Jam session?

azGRIMES Yup I just got the achievement while doing Jam session. I did all the tour races, then hopped online and got it in about 10-12 races I believe.

Spilner Worth mentioning that it pops upon driving the 100th mile mid race, so if you wished you could rubber band your controller on a hairpin and grind it out.

Abylities Probably negative voted because you haven't gotten it yourself. I know it's straightforward, but I don't think people appreciate you giving advice on something you haven't done.

Cannonball Jim Yep, this can be done on time trail. I had to do it this way because the dirt tour always crashes in-between stages!
