You can click on the description bar (on youtube(just click video twice) and it will show you the collectibles divided into 5 sections
Act 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

the title of the collectible will be listed with a time marker you can click on to see exactly where it is located. AND All collectibles are in the order they are found throughout the story progression!!!

Just wanted to share this, hope it helps you all out.

Lord BaneJ I'm using this video as well. I like the fact that I can pin-point exactly where a particular collectible is, without going through the entire video multiple times. :)

DividedByZer0 This video is really good about giving reference points to where in the chapter each clip starts and even uses LB to show where the collectible is in reference to where the game wants you to head. Also, the links to the location in the video is KEY! Thanks a ton for sharing this.
