Simply keep hold of the sniper rifle for the whole level making sure you have at least 4 bullets. There are plenty of sniper bullets inside the ship, if your worried about using them all up in the outside part of the level. Difficulty does not matter. Achievement should unlock when you leave the covenant battleship.
an7man Do you know what happens if you die with it , then pick it up?

ChuckieJ There were a couple times I ran low on ammo but then magically found more. I'm surprised more people don't have this.
