My first guide.

This is a fairly simple achievement to obtain.

-Go to Matchmaking

-Select the Anniversary Playlist (from here you'll have several options. I picked Anniversary Squad).

-Once in a game, you simply need three head shots in a row. It does NOT have to be a triple kill, nor does it have to be with the pistol. I got mine with the DMR. Simply make sure that your three kills are all head shots, without dying, and this cheevo will pop.

Note: It MUST be an Anniversary playlist. It WON'T work in other gametypes, like Team SWAT for instance.
theredjacket Good call, import to note that it means three headshot kills not just three shots to the head and you can do body shots until the other players shields pop.

Ham Sanwitch That's right! You can use any means to weaken your opponent. So long as you cap it off with a head shot, you're golden.

Ham Sanwitch It MUST be an Anniversary playlist, as it specifies in the description of the achievement. I attempted this in just a regular game of Team SWAT, to see if it would work anywhere else, and it turns out it won't. So, make sure it's in Anniversary. You'll get it in no time!

zaxonprime I would suggest doing it in living dead, if you are good with the magnum. One shot one kill to the head.

Barnsley Pal I'm not sure if this was a glitch or not, but I didn't even get these in one life. I killed one guy, died, and then killed two more with headshots and got the achievement.

Arachnicide I do not think that zombies will work for this. Killed 3 in a row multiple times without dying and said headshot each time but no achievement.

DamTheLad Is the map pack with Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary or is it something completely different ?

Ham Sanwitch There are two ways to get the new maps. Yes, they do come with CE:A (in answering your question). Or, you can download them from the market place if you don't have CE:A.

Talvalin To counter what combicoilag said, I got this achievement in a Team Snipers game (and using the sniper rifle rather than the pistol).

Ham Sanwitch Oh, cool! I've heard of that working for some people and it also not working for others. It seems like this achievement can be finicky at times.
