You don't need to kill anyone to get this Achievement

All you need to do is become a Werewolf
(Advance to a certain point in the Companions Quest Line and you'll become one)(At the end of their Quest Line you find out how to be cured)(Just make sure to take two head's instead of one)

Best thing about this is that you decide when to change into a Werewolf in the game (It's a Power that you can use once a day :D)

Now what you do is go to a Major City and just transform into a Werewolf. Boom 1000g Fine straight away :D Run Away (Note you run faster than a Horse in Werewolf form :D)

Then wait a day and go straight to the next Major City.. Lather Rinse Repeat :D

Here is some info on Werewolf's in Skyrim :D
http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Werewolves

So yeah Good Luck
ShadowMonkey987..
Zacry072 Haha I like this method.

pesano Great solution ... how the $#%^ did you come onto it? Works like a charm and so easy and fast. Just one thing to add although it should be obvious ... do this on a separate save so after the achievement pops you can reload to an earlier save and not have $1,000 bounties on you in every major city.
Posted by pesano on 21 Nov 11 18:48:46
ShadowMonkey987 I found it on a forum I visit often :D also to the person who voted negative on this solution. Please tell me why..
Posted by ShadowMonkey987 on 21 Nov 11 19:02:10
REBORN GAIDIN I voted negative because I hate you! Just kidding! Good solution buddy. Would use it but I already cured my werewolfism,
Posted by REBORN GAIDIN on 23 Nov 11 14:37:58
ShadowMonkey987 I bet it's because I haven't unlocked the Achievement XD
Posted by ShadowMonkey987 on 23 Nov 11 17:43:06
Mrsod Used this method and it worked like a charm- You just have to make sure someone is looking at you at the end of your transformation. I changed outside of Solitude just as a guard was walking by me- and I didn't get the bounty because he walked past me before I completed the werewolf transformation
Posted by Mrsod on 23 Nov 11 21:38:24
The One Saxton They might of negative voted because of the spoiler of becoming a werewolf. Thats why i didnt add it into my solution. Not that it hasnt helped me to not get a few neg votes :(
Posted by The One Saxton on 24 Nov 11 12:14:11
ShadowMonkey987 There are several ways of becoming a werewolf in the game though. I just gave one way of becoming one.. I just wish people would say this is why I gave bad feedback so that I can change my Solution. In stead of y'know just leaving bad feedback..
Posted by ShadowMonkey987 on 24 Nov 11 13:15:05
The One Saxton i know what you mean. I dont know whats wrong with mine apart from the fact some countries are glitched for this achievement. I dont see how its my fault when all i'm saying is how i did it
Posted by The One Saxton on 24 Nov 11 17:10:51
Tank Force UK worked like a charm :D thank you :)

Lady Evol Don't think too hard about why people give negative votes... There are so many people who just troll. You can make yourself nuts worrying about it. Good tip, I voted you up. =D
Posted by Lady Evol on 28 Nov 11 16:36:03
Ulv Kongen I gave bad feedback because you blatantly spoiled a crucial part to the companions quest line; something completely unrelated to this achievement. I would gladly change it to positive if that little detail was removed.
Posted by Ulv Kongen on 30 Nov 11 22:59:11
ShadowMonkey987 I won't change it because it's a Minor Spoiler. You find out that the Circle of Companions are Werewolves in your Second Quest for the Companions.

And no it's not Unrelated. I gave you an easy way to Unlock this Achievement. Which was to become a Werewolf I then gave you a tip on how to become a Werewolf easily.

Anyone can put two and two together and find out that the Circle are all Werewolves by Completing the Second Companion Quest and then looking at their Achievements. (There is an Achievement for Joining the Circle) So obviously you'd become a Werewolf by joining the Circle. No Spoilers (For me that is) but if it was a Spoiler it'd be a Minor One.

I didn't spoil anything important about the Companions Questline.

Noah 9000 that is very much a spoiler.

i didn't vote your solution either way, but i haven't started that quest yet, and i had no idea that werewolves were in skyrim. so yeah... you ruined it for me, and apparently a few others.
Posted by Noah 9000 on 02 Dec 11 23:52:19
ShadowMonkey987 Did you know Vampires were in Skyrim as well?
Did you know Dragons were in Skyrim?
Did you know Giants were in Skyrim?

See where I'm going with this. They aren't Spoilers because they were in News Storys at Joystiq. So were Werewolves. At PAX 2011 Todd Howard announced they were in Skyrim. So don't go saying they are spoilers when they were in the news. :P

Stealth David The other solutions are much better than this one

Chunkeh Munkeh If ShadowMonkey didn't say how to become a Werewolf people would neg vote because they would complain they dont know how to become a werewolf.

+1 from moi

KSU BIGMIKE How does one give negative feedback for a spoiler if they are looking on how to spoil, on how to do the achievment?
This amazes me!

ShadowMonkey987 ^^^^^^^^^^ Dun Dun Dun Winner for best comment :D
Posted by ShadowMonkey987 on 04 Dec 11 20:10:14
Noah 9000 i'm just saying, i would have preferred it if he had started his guide like this:

the easiest way to get this achievement is to start the companions quest-line.
(spoilers)

etc. etc.

i've read worse spoilers, but it still is one, in my opinion. i usually go out of my way to avoid articles and blogs and such because i like finding these things out on my own. i'm not even going for this achievement yet, i was just passing the time, checking out some solutions.
Posted by Noah 9000 on 05 Dec 11 02:43:57
ShadowMonkey987 @LND If you complete a Certain Daedric Quest then you get a Ring that allows for Extra Transformations. (You just have to Un-Equip the Ring/Power after Your Transformation back to human form is done and then Re-Equip the Ring/Power again to Be able to Transform again)

This was a Guide on how to do this Achievement without any Blood Spilled.
Posted by ShadowMonkey987 on 05 Dec 11 16:47:25
Yoda Mane I love how everyone is crying because they feel like the game is ruined because they found out a spoiler. Want a solution? Don't read the achievements.

Posted by callmeQuick on 10 Dec 11 20:53:57
MadeToKill @ Yoda Mane, other people always put ***SPOILER ALERT*** and other variations all the time. Don't see why this is such an inconveniance?
Posted by MadeToKill on 12 Dec 11 06:04:10
ShadowMonkey987 @ShadowStar83 I've mentioned that in the last comment I made. I just didn't post the Actual name of the Daedric Artifact due to Spoilers :P

And you can transform as many times as you want using the ring. All you have to do is Un-Equip the Ring and Power, And then Re-Equip them both :D you can then transform again :D

TAI JASON I can´t stand these spoiler warning at TA because it´s....uhhm TA?!?

I see the leaderboard for this achivement and they are many european players in it. My question is: Is it patched now? Has any european player get this achivement with the PAL version?

This is the last achivement i need for 1K so i would like to hear somethin about an european gamer who get this achivement.

Solution get´s a thumbs up from me by the way.

InvidiaViribus Neg'd for being generally obnoxious.
Posted by InvidiaViribus on 18 Dec 11 16:59:55
ShadowMonkey987 @Invidia So basically you Neg'd my solution for something that had nothing to do with the solution. Good Job..
Posted by ShadowMonkey987 on 18 Dec 11 17:55:55
ardlive +1 I stumbled on to this solution when I accidentally changed into a werewolf in Whiterun. Works a treat!
Posted by ardlive on 24 Dec 11 00:27:33
m0rph3us17 This worked really well for me too - much easier to outrun the guards as a werewolf (and the Ring of Hircine also helps). One thing to be aware of - make sure you're spotted by at least one guard and at least one other person! I lost my bounty in Winterhold and Dawnstar a couple of times because only 1 guard spotted me, and I think it was because Shadowmere was killing the only witness as I ran away!
Posted by m0rph3us17 on 29 Dec 11 06:19:28
Rakkman Forever This is the same method I plan on using to get this achievement. It's by far the easisest (and less gruesome :p) way of getting things done. Thanks!
Posted by Rakkman Forever on 02 Jan 12 14:19:48
Paully05 I voted positive, but you did spoil one of the quest lines here, pretty badly, I had no idea you could be a werewolf or a vampire in this game, luckily I found out last night before I read this by working through that quest. Just saying, you claimed you didn't spoil anything, but you most certainly did, and which are pretty big events, changing into a werewolf, and that we find out how to be cured.

Anyways, I like this solution, but maybe a spoiler alert at the top wouldn't hurt. Just in case.
Posted by Paully05 on 13 Jan 12 13:08:09
kwynn Thanks, this solution worked perfectly for me and it was fun as well.

PokerNick Great solution. Just plain simple.

And you gus who voted negative. You are reading a solution ofcourse there gonna be a spoiler.
It just shows that you have the IQ of a seagull. You scream and shit, that´s it.

ShadowMonkey987 ^^^ Oh man that's priceless XD

joe combat way better solution than the rest. worked like a charm. and to all the babies who are crying over the spoiler issue, suck wolfman nards.

mik29 Thanks fella, gonna try this tonight.
Posted by mik29 on 30 Jan 12 10:59:38
PuckJunkie Pretty minor spoiler, to be sure, and you have to expect that to a certain extent if you're reading achievement solutions. That being said, this site is all about creating content the users want to read, and whether they're reasonable or not, clearly a number of users would prefer you put the word *SPOILER* here. So why not? It's not like it takes any real effort, and it would make 42 people happy, apparently.

+1 from me because it's the only solution that mentions the easiest way to get this bounty. While you're adding the word SPOILER to the top, you might also add a note that mentions that many people find they don't get the achievement unless they have EXACTLY 1,000 bounty in each town, which is why this method is superior to killing someone.

Acceleretto "And you gus who voted negative. You are reading a solution ofcourse there gonna be a spoiler.
It just shows that you have the IQ of a seagull. You scream and shit, that´s it."

Ummm no, they're reading a solution to a non-plot related quest, and he's ruined one of the plot lines.

Haven't voted either way on this, I think there's far more time efficient ways.
Posted by Acceleretto on 07 Mar 12 16:01:13
Rondund You'd have to have been playing this while sitting under a rock to not have discovered some plot details before you reach them. I've found reading ahead pretty necessary as the game is so plagued by glitches you need to know exactly what to do. Its just too big for a second playthrough!
Posted by Rondund on 07 Mar 12 19:01:54
CHolland8776 When I got this game, the person who gave it to me as a gift said "You're gonna love it, you can be a werewolf or a vampire". Not to mention that same info was in multiple news outlets as promotion for the game. No biggie in my mind that it is also mentioned here, along with a mention of how to become a werewolf. That just makes it easier to get this achievement and that's all I care about. +1 from me, thanks! Tip on the ring of hircine is nice too, didn't know I could take it on/off and get this achievement w/o having to wait a day in-game all the time.

Jodmeister Nice solution. As I had completed all the other quest lines I found it hard to actually get a bounty for killing anyone in a town, so this worked just fine.
Posted by Jodmeister on 27 Apr 12 00:27:49
STARWARZ I was trying this last night and had a problem. Does anyone else have any issue with running away? I can transform and get the bounty but I can run for what seems like miles and miles, and the music changes, but when I try to fast travel or wait, I get a message about how I can't when I'm being pursued. There are no red dots on my indicator. I ran from one of the major holds all the way to Whiterun and it still wouldn't let me fast travel. Very odd.
Posted by STARWARZ on 24 Sep 12 13:52:46
STARWARZ By chance, I noticed that if you're running for a while and then come across a bounty hunter - kill him. Then you regain the ability to fast travel.

+1 vote on this solution, by the way. Nice work!

L0RD Melchett Great solution, the most effective one on here. Thanks for posting it.
+1 vote, you negative voters are such hypocrites.
Posted by L0RD Melchett on 01 Jan 13 21:53:16
Lavindathar Its the best solution in here, but I still voted negative. Purely because of the spoiler, and the authors refusal to spend two seconds adding an alert. Didn't spoil it for me, but shame for those it did.
Posted by Lavindathar on 06 Jan 13 18:39:14
KILLERTHAN why so many negative votes? I was going to post a guide like this one but I checked if someone did it first, and I found yours, this method is so good and easy you cant get it this way in no time! AND PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT A F******G SPOILER DON'T LOOK FOR GUIDES!.....
