An easy way to do this is to use LeBron James on the Miami heat and dunk on your opponent. Use a second controller to put a guy underneath the hoop. Then run up to the basket and press x (as your running) to dunk the ball. If this doesn't work, you can always do any alley-oop (press LT and B) with the second controller underneath the hoop. Just watch out for the three second defensive violation for your second controller. They should show a sprite slam cam and your achievement should pop up. Good Luck!

Edit: The quarter lengths need to be set to five minutes to obtain this achievement. Thanks to asbarnes.

G0dzxChoz3nx0N3 I used quick play game mode and you can put the minutes up to 10. I don't know what you mean by the settings though.

Ninja Scroll I think he was asking did he need to set the game on a time length, difficulty, sliders, etc. I had the game on rookie, sliders up, 5min quarter, and did a quick match against the CPU. I picked the TWolves and unlocked the chevo off a screen by holding the LB and dunked on Kevin Love (underrated beast IMO), chevo unlocked.
I'm sure a fast break or alley-oop would do it as suggested in the solution. I just went for the screen because it was the 1st opportunity I had. Unlocked it on my 1st posession. Good solution. Thumbs Up.

iHeartForeigner anyone heard if this is a radnom pop up like past dunk achievments in this game? i got back to back cams with lebron but no cheevo

G0dzxChoz3nx0N3 I never heard of anything happening like that. It popped the first time I did it and I didn't even try to get it.

Vulker707 I'm wondering if you have to watch the full replay. Because I did this not too long ago and skipped watching the replay. I did not get the achievement.

Vulker707 Alright, so these were my settings: Hall of Fame Difficulty. Me vs. a friend (maybe that matters?). I was away as Miami vs Orlando. It was an NBAToday game (maybe that matters?). I dunked with LeBron James.

The first game was five minute quarters. The second game was one minute quarters. The first game I did not watch the replay. The second game, I watched the full replay and watched all the replays at the end of the game. In neither occasion did I get the achievement. I will try again versus the computer.

asbarnes I just played a NBA Today Matchup game w/ Rookie settings and 1 min quarters. I performed a dunk w/ LBJ and skipped the replay. No cheevo. Finished the entire game. No cheevo. Either this is glitchy or I have the wrong settings.

asbarnes I tried again w/ the same settings as above and it didn't pop. I switched the quarter length to 5 mins and it worked the first time. Just thought I'd let you know.

Honz Brix Also make sure it is a SPRITE SLAM CAM dunk!! I haven't done this but my normal dunks just say 2K at the bottom of screen. I'm sure it has to be a spectacular dunk to get the SPRITE SLAM CAM. That would be my assumption as to why maybe some people aren't getting the achievement after a dunk

Honz Brix I can confirm that there are two different replays. I just unlocked this tonight. For the first 3 QTRs all my dunks were replayed with just a normal 2K Sports logo at the bottom of the screen. I tried alley oops and everything and nothing worked. Finally in the 4th QTR i had a big dunk on a guy knocking him to the ground and the replay that came up had a big Sprite logo instead of 2K. Once the replay finished the achievement popped. Not certain but this achievement may have to be done in the 4th QTR. Before the start of the 4th you will see the commentators talking about something, i think it's the Sprite spark of the game, but a Sprite logo flashes across the screen to start the 4th QTR. This could be what it takes to get the SPRITE SLAM CAM or maybe its coincidence. But you have to have a spectacular dunk and it has to trigger the SPRITE replay cam instead of the regular 2K replay
