Ok for this you need to do 1000 Paradigm shifts, Sounds hard but i found a way to do this in one fight and take NO DAMAGE!

*You will want a monster that can heal
First off you will want two different paradigms set up like this
Leader---Other---Monster
Anything---Sentinel---Medic
Anything---Sentinel---Medic

Ok now get into a fight (not a boss) and kill everything but one monster.

Now keep swapping between these 2. Since the other member is a Sentinel he wont attack and will take all the damage and thanks to the healer they will be healed so he loses no health also since you keep swapping you wont do any damage to the monster! So your party takes no damage and you will get 1000 in around 25 mins!

*I was averaging 100 every 2:30

*If the Sentinel gets hit sometime they will counter attack. If this happens try Anything-Medic-Medic to stop the monster from dying Thanks to redjarman for that.
redjarman In the off chance the enemy hits though, the sentinel can counterattack. I'd say play it safe and just go Anything-Medic-Medic

Mellerker Does the game track on how many times I switch so far?

TP x NeOnZz Do you mean does it track every one you have done? If so the yes

redjarman I think he was asking if there was a counter in-game that tells how many you've done. In that case, I don't think so.

redjarman Just gonna throw this out there.. I decided not to boost for this and just get it as I played normally. I've beaten the game, got 157 fragments, every monster in the beastiary except Raspatil, 60 some hours in, and I JUST unlocked it. So for once, I actually highly recommend boosting for this, unless you are super patient.

Warpathes2000 wouldnt it be more effective just to set all three charactors on medic, so do med-med-med and have the second paradigm set up exactly the same? that way there is no possibility of countering the mobs attack, and you could set 1 to cross and one to wide just to ensure that the game recognises it as a seperate paradigm?

TP x NeOnZz I might be but it depends on what you are fighting. If you have all medics you can heal but with a sentinel he can provoke and take all damage so no one else gets hit.
