Most of the rings have a hole in the center of them; it is easiest to aim for this hole (it does not move as the rings spin) and adjust slightly when you reach a ring without a center hole. I kept my speed as low as it would go during this run. I got the achievement one my first try after switching to this strategy.
SneakyStabbalotthumbs up - the secret is to not move around a lot. hence, stay as close as possible to the centers.

AldangaThis was a PITA for me. I found it impossible to discern how far away the rocket was as it got farther into the tunnel. I eventually lucked out using your solution and got 30.6k for a top 30 finish. Thanks!

B8TINGU@ sarahoi if your still havign trouble.. try this.. it helped for me anyway: Strart at normal speed (defaultjustthat slider yet... shoot ans stay in the midde liek the above solution. around 10 in it starts to get a bit faste, so around tha time (a little before or after won't hurt) pull down on the speed and watch the rotations of the paterns, ( I always ran i to a wal but then I stared thinking goofy controls .. when you see the circle spin right go left..and vice versa.. also around 10 in when it starts getting faster move a litte out instead of being in the center (it helped me anyway) and jsut start naviating as I said before. it may take you few tries to fully understand what I'm saying but try it anyou may find ita little easier.

Also put it down for a while then come back. I tried what seemed like forever getting 12, 17 and 19...so frustrating... then I had to go do somethin, came back and nailed it first time back!!

BTW thumbs because this by far a great way to ge it. I tried lot of things before realizing with this solution, to try and keep things as straight an tight as possible!

I got it on my first try AFTER reading both the great guide and @B8TINGU's comment. When the circles start to speed up you need to slightly move in the opposite direction while staying in the middle.
