I have just figured out a way to get this achievement and the complete all side quests achievement on the same playthrough.

It was previously thought that you couldn't get the two in one playthrough because the "Bank" sidequest requires you to kill enemies. I've just figured out however that if you incapacitate enemies on the stairs in the bank, they will disintegrate and you can progress, but it will not count as a kill. Make sure the enemy falls onto the actual stairs as you knock them down and it should work everytime.

If you make a mistake, exit and re-enter the bank and the enemies for that wave will respawn and you can try again.

Apologies if someone has already posted this somewhere, but I have just figured it out for myself. I haven't come across anyone else posting this solution anywhere.

I'm so glad I found this glitch. After spending hours "Not killing" anything, and going for all sidequests, I thought I was gonna have to do it all again on another play, but not so!!! Happy days!!! Saved me a load of time!
SilentSte Excellent tip mate! You saved me from blowing the achievement so huge props.

Also I found that using a melee weapon instead of your fists really helped when knocking enemies over on the stairs. I would just run around until a weapon respawned, get to the stairs and waited to pounce.
