Easily done on the level 'Uplift Reserve' on easy difficulty. From where you start flip the warthog and drive (or just walk - it's around 20 seconds away) to the first wraith. Pick up a plasma pistol on the way there and then wait for a ghost or chopper to get close enough for you to hit them with a fully charged shot, then quickly beat down the driver. Simple!
YllwChurch I got this w/o trying, I'll explain, I was going for the Wraith Killer in Uplift Reserve, gave my spartan lazer to my warthog passenger and had a gunner, just drove circles around the wraiths till they went boom. But on the last wraith for some reason this achievo popped up, didn't do anything special just drove a circle around the wraith while my gunners blew it up. But i did get both Wraith Killer and Stunning. I'll watch it in theater see if the wraith hit any plasma canisters of something that could have stunned it.

Edit: Ok so I watched the replay, and looked like one of the brutes tossed one those energy draining balls and caught the wraith while it blew up. causing me to get the achivo. so not a random pop after all.

Oliversudden20 just so people are sure DON'T press rb to board the vehicle after you fire the shot just press b to melee the driver
