This is easiest if you be sure to have a pipe bomb.
To start the finale of chapter 2, you have to start up a generator by holding down X until the meter is full. Then, it plays out like a normal finale, with a few waves of zombies and then a Tank. After the Tank, it will be quiet for a few moments for you to regroup. Then the next wave of zombies will attack. About 30 seconds or so into the second wave, the generator will turn off and you will have to restart it.
It's best if your team is holding out on the ledge right above the generator switch. When it turns off, someone throw their pipebomb to distract the zombies while another person jumps down right away and restarts the generator. You will have to hold down X just like the first time.
Only the person that actually turns it back on gets the achievement, so you'll have to play through again if the rest of your team needs it.
Quarantane I believe I did this within that time but I did not get the achievement. Do you know if this is one that is glitched or maybe even though I thought I did it quick enough maybe I did not?

Nice guide. Although I don't know how holding out on the ledge will work I'm sure I could manage it on normal with a decent team.

redjarman Yeah, this is one of the glitched achievements. I tried helping my friend with it the other day and he didnt get it after 3 tries. From what I've heard, if you earn it while offline, it will show up.

jaganshihieiyyh I couldn't get it in campaign, but it unlocked in single player (I was still connected to Live). Same with Tank Stumble.

Deranged Asylum Completed this about 10-15 times and still no achievement im gonna try single player, hadnt played it for a year got the game back expecting patches to have fixed the issue but clearly not.

aixla Got this one with no problem on single player. While playing on "normal" difficulty I was able to stand right beside the generator for the whole fight, then kill the ones closest to me when it shut off (no pipe bomb needed, although it probably would have helped) and get started again in 5 seconds or so.
