A very easy achievement to unlock. play any of the expansion pack 2 missions & make sure you have Dee-ay, Shona & Harley in your squad. achievement will unlock upon completing the mission and on the end level stats screen. As I said, it must be one of the expansion pack 2 missions:
Root of all evil
The places we're ment to die
Longest yard

defenestrator06 mentions that he got this achievement during the level nothing is as it seem's, which suggests that these dlc achievements are not tied specificaly to the dlc pack they were released with. So just play any echo 6 mission (except the prologue mission- eye of the storm) with Dee-ay, Shona & Harley in your squad.

I Just recently got the game and downloaded both DLC and doing the Nothing Is As It Seems (3rd mission of the the first DLC) I got this achievement.

KillerGreenBud3 I can Confirm you just need to Complete an Echo Six Mission, it just Unlocked after I Finished "I Now Know Why You Cry"

EDMOND1985 It only gives you the achievement on the 2nd to 4th DLC levels, if you downloaded BOTH DLC. I've downloaded only the 1st pack so far, and after I completed "I now know why you cry" level with three guys, the cheevo didn't pop up.
