This will take some time but it's not too hard.
Stick to SINGLE PLAYER (Offline) tournaments instead of online ones unless you're sure you can win one.

Easiest trophies to do are the bronze trophies where the difficulty is Amateur or semi pro. If you haven't unlocked enough trophies to do some of the easier tournaments try and buy a non shiny gold team (as they're cheap) and do the general tournaments as the difficulty isn't too high and the teams aren't too high level.

Do this until you have enough trophies to attempt the easier ones.
(NOTE: You may enter/win the same tournament more than once and it will count towards the 10 wins)
