This came naturally to me. I played a few games and also worked on the home run derby mini game. Eventually this unlocked. As with any cumulative achievement, just keep playing and this will unlock.
minus15TI dont think the home-run derby mini-game counts, I have played two regular matches, and 2 home-run derby matches, one of my scores on home-run derby was over 4000 and I have not unlocked this achievement yet
