This comes after finishing the Gay Tony storyline, after finishing his last mission called Departure Time, this achievement will then be awarded, you can do the other missions if you like but just the Tony ones will be needed for this achievement, also you do not need to complete the base jumps, fight club or anything else to get it just the mission for Tony.

Gigi142 You do need to complete all 26 missions not only Tony's missions, you can't progress unless you complete all jobs for the other characters.
