Alternatively; on the Space Station map use Stewie with the Magma gun. Stand at the top of the steps in the doorway closest to your spawn and launch the lava down at the ground. Every enemy will die before making it to the foot of the steps. If you get hurt, the health pack is on the other side of the wall.
