First of all you need a Pro Club (it means you have to create your Virtual Pro first), better if you have friends to play with.
Alternatively, you can join a random Pro Club game with other players.

IT'S NOT NECESSARY TO END THE GAME, JUST START A GAME WITH 10 PLAYERS AND IT WILL UNLOCK RANDOMLY IN A FEW SECONDS AFTER THE KICK OFF.

Some teammates will win it, some not. Rinse and repeat until everyone get it.
CormacI found a glitch myself but they unlock random achievements so there are no guarantees you'll get this achievement by doing that glitch. The above post would be a last resort.

I'm leaving you positive feedback because in the other guide the author does not have the achievement (how can you write a guide if you don't have the achievement?). Its fairly self explanatory but you spelled it out even more plainly. Fair play.
