Unmarked locations are events in which the group did not originally plan to stop. Just note you will not be able to get this with only one playthrough.

Just like MREs, or shots fired, ect. it counts all of your random stops through deaths, restarts, or new playthroughs.

These include:
-Breakdowns
-Survivor encounters
-Supply runs
-Fuel runs
-Path blocking events
BO THEIMPALERhow many unmarked locations did u get on average per play through? I'm on my third and have rescued every survivor, had 6-7 breakdowns, 3-4 runs for empty gas, and a handful of just scavenging missions. Also, if I start a new game halfway through, does it cancel all the missions I had done for that particular play through to that point?

THE DEADLY DOGOn playthrough #1 I hit 14 stops.
Playthrough #2 I hit 15.

As far as restarting and stopping mid-game it counts everything you do. Just like MREs, or shots fired, ect. it counts all of your random stops through deaths, restarts, or new playthroughs.

THE DEADLY DOGI'm not too sure if you can "grind it out" like traditionally thought. I suppose after you complete a random stop and then go back to the main menu and open up again you would be able to start back down the same path with new random events.

THE DEADLY DOGNo you need to go to a location 25 times. Simply restarting the same one will not work because your group doesn't do the travel sequence coming to the stop 25 times, you simply restart the level 25 times.

Gizmo2kYou HAVE to hit a main location for anything to count. Just tried getting the breakdown one. Took about 8 reloads to get 5 and the achievement didn't pop, so you have to finish the unmarked thing and make it to the next destination. It's killing me. Not got this, the breakdowns or the survivor ones. Might leave it at 910/1000 tbh, random luck based shit.

SimmA good way to boost this is to keep running out of gas because the game will automatically put you in an unmarked location to find more fuel. I unlocked it just after a fuel run.

D0NTMoCKMehavent hit my 25 but purposely not getting gas and taking backroads all the time. no worries ill hit this before its my last achievement. it requires 2 or more playthroughs to get all the achievements so i wouldnt sweat this one until everything else is completed
