When I got this achievement, I set up a twenty minute ironman matach and I had the difficulty on legendary and I used Batista and I went against Kelly Kelly. For the first 18 minutes of the match I just messed around turning all limb damage to red and taunting lots, when the time had 2 minutes remaining I worked on getting a finisher, I then used Batista's finisher , " Batista bomb" and got the 3 count to put me at one point, I then passed the final minute running round and passing time.
Note: this can be made easier by adjusting the difficulty sliders all the way to the left.
