Play a quick ranked match with 2 guests

along with at least 3 controllers to get the latter achievement.

General Hints and Tips:

The easiest way to score goals in 3 on 3 NHL Arcade is a simple backdoor pass from one player to another. What I mean by this is, when rushing with the puck take the player with the puck and head in the direction of one of the posts. When the goalie shifts over to that side quickly pass to the player that should be set in front of the opposite post. One-time it with this player, and 9 times out of 10 you'll score. It will take a few practice matches to get the timing right, but once you have it down you're all set.
