Assassin's Creed: Revelations Walkthrough

5. Online achievements

As already written in the introduction, for these achievements you need (other than the regular Xbox Live Gold account) the UPlay Passport. It's contained in a brand new game's box, written on a small piece of paper separated from the game manual. If you're playing on a used copy of the game, the Passport may have been already used; in that case, you're out of luck and you will need to buy it separately online; Ebay.com can offer nice discounts in that case. You can unlock the multiplayer achievements even just with the 3-days free "trial" pass given by Ubisoft to "try" the service -- thanks to CrimsonAC for confirming this.

The first achievement requires you to perform an assassination in "Incognito" status (you can see the current status in the upper-right corner of the screen as you're playing); do so to unlock:

Mastering the Art Achievement in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Mastering the Art41 (30)

Earn the INCOGNITO bonus (Multiplayer).

Another easy achievement will come from completing a "Challenge". There are many challenges available, and the easiest is probably the one for doing this three times: kill your target, come close to it, press Y to "taunt" him/her. Be quick to make sure you succeed. Any other challenge is fine, but this is really simple and should be possible for anyone in any session. You will unlock:

Achiever Achievement in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Complete a Challenge (Multiplayer).

In the Multiplayer menu, press LB to access the "Data Hub"; here you can find various options, and one of them is "Templar Profile". Access this sub-menu, and pick the first option ("Edit Templar Profile"); from here, modify the Patron Picture/Emblem/Title to unlock:

The Way I Like It Achievement in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

The Way I Like It30 (20)

Edit your TEMPLAR PROFILE to change your title, emblem, and patron (Multiplayer).

Experience every mode at least once for another achievement. There are 10 modes + 2 "Introductory" modes in total. They are:

- Introductory Session 1
- Introductory Session 2
- Simple Deathmatch
- Deathmatch
- Wanted
- Assassinate
- Steal the Artifact
- Corruption
- Manhunt
- Chest Capture
- Artifact Assult
- Escort

There's also a way to check which modes you've already played: from the Multiplayer menu, press RB to access the "Friend's Hub", and from here check the Game Modes. If you see a score near your nickname, you've played that mode. It has been confirmed that you can join a session that has already begun; as long as you end that session, regardless of when you joined, it should count. When they're all done, you will unlock:

Explorer Achievement in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Explorer45 (20)

Online Required - This achievement requires play in online game modesVersus - This achievement can be obtained in modes based on competition against other playersExtra Content Required - This achievement requires content beyond a copy of the game it belongs to, excluding DLC
Finish a session of each game mode (Multiplayer).

Play in any of the "team" modes (Manhunt, Escort, Artifact Assault, Chest Capture) and be on the winning team at the end; it's a bit random since you may be in a group with less experienced people and miss this achievement without being responsible for it, but after a few attempts you will surely be in a good group which will lead you all to the victory of the match (and since you have to be in each of the four team modes at least once for the previous achievement, you've probably earned it without really trying). You will unlock:

There Is No I in Team Achievement in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

There Is No I in Team33 (20)

Online Required - This achievement requires play in online game modesVersus - This achievement can be obtained in modes based on competition against other playersExtra Content Required - This achievement requires content beyond a copy of the game it belongs to, excluding DLC
Win a session of a team mode (Multiplayer).

Then we have a couple of achievements which require some more active work.
The first of them requires you to get 13 "Accolades". The achievement description will change from "12" to "13" Accolades required, when you unlock it; the actual requirement is in fact 13. You may see them in the Data Hub menu, while editing your Profile, but anyway. You don't have to get 13 in the same match; they are cumulative, and you will get the achievement once the 13th is obtained. Many are easy and will be obtained without trying for them; some others can be boosted by yourself by doing something more specific. Here are some of the easiest:

The Sacrificial Lamb - Be the first to die.
The Survivor - Accumulate the least deaths (compared to the other players in the match).
The Target - Accumulate the most deaths (compared to the other players in the match).
The Untouchable - Never get killed.
The Immortal - Be the last one to get killed for the first time in a match.
The Slayer - Accumulate the most kills on your targets (compared to the other players in the match).
The Wanderer: Spent the most time walking (note: do not run, just walk).
The Drunkard - Be the most stunned player of the match (go after your targets and stay in front of them; they should notice your presence and stun you; if necessary, be more obvious by running near them).
The Gargoyle - Be the one who spent most of the time on the rooftops.
The Achiever - Finish first/second/third.
The Savior - Revive more allies than anyone else (in team modes, when your allies get stunned, press Y near them to help them recovering).
The Dependable - Be on the winning team.
The Wise - Kill the least number of civilians (just hope that everyone else kills at least one civilian, and make sure you don't).

You will unlock:

Make the Headlines Achievement in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

The next is actually very easy, as long as you're decent at the game; if you're not, you will learn by playing. It requires you to score 2,505 points in a single match, which believe me is not much at all. There's another change of description for this achievement, which seems to require 2,500 points before unlocking it, and then, once unlocked, it reads that 2,505 points are required. Anyway, that's not going to change your life. You will unlock it eventually while going after the last achievements for the multiplayer; here it is:
