4. World Xplorer
World Xplorer
World Xplorer is the main single player mode in this game. This is the longest part of the game to do. It will take you approximately 70+ hours depending on skill.
World Xplorer is a large chart that contains a load of races that need to be completed. Initially when you start a new game you will notice that there are 111 races to win. Don't be fooled. Once you complete portions of World Xplorer these routes will be revealed:
- BASIC (duhhh)
- PAC-MAN
- SPECIAL
- DUEL
- EXPERT
- MASTER
- FINAL
Also, as you advance further, you will get different cars, challenges and extras. Additionally the difficulty of your opponents will increase. Basically the difficulty will go up if you go left right and up down. While going left right you will see some divider lines which indicate the class of cars will go up. (class 1, 2, 3, 4 and special class.)
Overall, there are 235 races in total in World Xplorer. When you start a new game, you will only have the Class 1 cars. These are the slowest class of cars in the game. As you advance, you will get the Class 2, Class 3, Class 4, and the Special Class Cars! The Specials are the fastest among all the cars, but some of them are quite unique and need practice to get optimum performance.
One Stunt
Perform a 360° drift during a race. (*This Achievement cannot be obtained in Multi Battles.)
Whilst you are racing along in this game and you get a quiet moment find an area which is big so that you can pull off a 360 Spin. It is simply a full circle, and if you have successfully done one the announcer should say "360!!” If you have done one, finish the race you're doing and the achievement will unlock when you return to the main menu. Skillful drivers don't need a lot of space to do a 360. Drive at high speed on a straight and start a drift while holding the stick in the direction of your drift.
If you crash whilst you perform the 360 maneuver, you must redo a 360 or you won't get the achievement.
An easy start
Whilst racing in Basic Route of world Xplorer there are 3 achievements which unlock by winning a race.
Complete Basic Route Goal 3 - No. 84 in World Xplorer.
You have to win Basic Route 77.
Complete Basic Route Goal 2 - No. 96 in World Xplorer.
You have to win Basic Route 102.
Complete Basic Route Goal 1 - No. 111 in World Xplorer.
You have to win Basic Route 111.
No Nitrous
Whilst racing in world Xplorer there are 5 achievements which unlock by winning a race without using nitrous.
Complete Basic Route No. 108 in World Xplorer without using nitrous.
You have to win Basic Route 108 without using Nitrous.

Specific Opponents
There are also 3 separate achievements that require you to win a race in World Xplorer against a certain group of enemies. Five achievements if you count the Pac-man and Final Battle. Here is how you earn these 3 achievements.
As you complete the duel route of World Xplorer you will unlock a duel race where you must race against an Angelus Car. Successfully beat the Angelus on Special route 35 in World Xplorer and you will also unlock the car.

As you complete the Duel Section of World Xplorer you will unlock a duel race where you must race against a Crinale Car. Successfully beat the Crinale on special route 32 in World Xplorer and you will also unlock the car.

As you complete the Duel Section of World Xplorer you will unlock a duel race where you must race against a Monstrous Car. Successfully beat the monstrous on special route 38 in World Xplorer and you will also unlock the car.

Pac-Man
Once you have completed all of the Basic Routes you will unlock a Mini-Game which can be accessed in the Options Menu. Simply head into the Options Menu and you will notice the Pac-Man game. Play away on Pac-Man and get a score of 15,000 Points. Once you've scored 15,000+ kill yourself and exit the game. Choose the return to menu and the achievement will unlock!
Score 15,000 points or more in the Pac-Man mini-game.
After winning the pac-man game go into world Xplorer and the Pac-Man route will unlock. This route consists of one race. Win this race and the achivement will unlock if you return to the menu.

Finale
If you have successfully won all 230 races you will unlock the Final Route. Final Route contains the last 5 tracks and you will be up against 3 powerful cars. Angelus, Crinale and a Monstrous. The first track is the worst among them all. Successfully complete the five Final Route races and you will unlock the Xploration Complete and the Final Battle achievements!
