3. Story walkthrough

Ok, now on to the achievements.

First will be the three tutorial achievements:

Master of the Blade7 (5)

Successfully complete all batting lessons and challenges.

• Unlocked by 1,283 tracked gamers (47% - TA Ratio = 1.46) 2,744

Master with the Ball7 (5)

Successfully complete all of the bowling lessons and challenges.

• Unlocked by 1,397 tracked gamers (51% - TA Ratio = 1.40) 2,744

Dynamite in the Field6 (5)

Successfully complete all of the fielding lessons.

• Unlocked by 2,015 tracked gamers (73% - TA Ratio = 1.17) 2,744

For these you need to go to "Legends Coaching" on the menu and select the tutorial you want to do first. Each tutorial has a set of challenges. They aren't hard, but you may struggle, if you are a beginner, with the last one on each tutorial.

Note: Below this point, use the save feature as mentioned in the Hints & Tips sections to make earning these achievements easier.

Next up is ODI. You will want to change the settings to easy with 5 overs. You need to win 3 matches to earn the following achievement:

ODI Champions104 (75)

Win a full-length ODI Tournament in single player.

• Unlocked by 1,427 tracked gamers (52% - TA Ratio = 1.39) 2,744

When batting always press (B) and move the stick either left or right. You will keep hitting the ball for miles and will get a 4 or a 6 90% of the time. This is a very easy way to get the point-related achievements. Also, if you get 300 with one batter, you will get some more achievements.

Raise the Bat5 (5)

Score 50 runs in an innings with a single batsman in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 2,525 tracked gamers (92% - TA Ratio = 1.04) 2,744

The Big 10017 (15)

Score 100 runs in an innings with a single batsman in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 2,195 tracked gamers (80% - TA Ratio = 1.12) 2,744

The Double Ton38 (30)

Score 200 runs in an innings with a single batsman in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 1,751 tracked gamers (64% - TA Ratio = 1.25) 2,744

The Triple Ton53 (40)

Score 300 runs in an innings with a single batsman in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 1,563 tracked gamers (57% - TA Ratio = 1.33) 2,744

The next two can be done with all batters, but must be done in ODI:

ODI Domination55 (40)

Score 300 runs or more in an innings of an ODI Match in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 1,472 tracked gamers (54% - TA Ratio = 1.37) 2,744

Test Match Domination66 (50)

Score 600 runs or more in an innings of a Test Match in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 1,595 tracked gamers (58% - TA Ratio = 1.31) 2,744

If you chose to bat first you should win by a huge amount. Bowl them out for a low score, get another high score and you will get another achievement.

Innings Defeat93 (75)

Win a Test Match by an innings or more in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 1,779 tracked gamers (65% - TA Ratio = 1.24) 2,744

The next achievement requires you to select 20 overs instead of ODI. Again, there are matches to win.

20 Over Champions107 (75)

Win a full-length 20 Over Tournament in single player.

• Unlocked by 1,356 tracked gamers (49% - TA Ratio = 1.42) 2,744

After that is done, go back and select The Ashes. You will only need to win 3 matches to win the series, but you won't get the achievement until all 5 games are played.

Ashes Champions146 (100)

Win an Ashes series in single player.

• Unlocked by 1,291 tracked gamers (47% - TA Ratio = 1.46) 2,744

Whilst bowling, use the same two bowlers every time as this will allow you to have a better chance to bowl 40 people out with one of them. This will get you an achievement:

Ashes Destroyer78 (50)

Take 40 wickets in an Ashes series with a single bowler in single player.

• Unlocked by 1,130 tracked gamers (41% - TA Ratio = 1.56) 2,744

When batting keep pressing (B), like with ODI, as you need to get 500 runs with a single batter during the series.

Ashes King with the Bat72 (50)

Score 500 runs in an Ashes Series with a single batsman in single player.

• Unlocked by 1,315 tracked gamers (48% - TA Ratio = 1.44) 2,744

It is worth pointing out that you will get 6's and 4's a lot doing this which will give you a great chance to get two more achievements:

Power Hitting12 (10)

Hit 6 fours in 6 consecutive deliveries in an innings in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 2,022 tracked gamers (74% - TA Ratio = 1.16) 2,744

The Blazing Blade24 (20)

Hit 6 sixes in 6 consecutive deliveries in an innings in single player or ranked online match.

• Unlocked by 1,842 tracked gamers (67% - TA Ratio = 1.22) 2,744

While pressing (B) is the best way to do this, there is still luck involved.
