6. DLC Achievements
The Ancestors Characters Pack and Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack DLCs are online-exclusive content, and therefore you will need the Ubisoft Passport, Gold Live Account, and DLC to play them. They are really easy and self-explained, so I'll just list these "achievements" below.
The Ancestors Characters Pack (90 G)
Obtain 3 Hidden Gun kills during a session of Steal The Artifact as The Corsair (Multiplayer).
Perform 5 Ground Finish in Manhunt during a session as The Brigand (Multiplayer).
Use the Bodyguard against your pursuer as The Privateer (Multiplayer).
Perform 3 kills using the Charge as The Gladiator (Multiplayer).
Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack (150 G)
Stay blended for 3 minutes during a Wanted session in Siena (Multiplayer).
Perform 3 Stuns without dying in Jerusalem (Multiplayer).
Obtain 5 Kill Assist bonuses during a session of any Team Mode in Dyers (Multiplayer).
Perform 2 kills from haystacks during a session in San Donato (Multiplayer).
Obtain 2 Variety bonuses during a session in Firenze (Multiplayer).
Perform 5 Leaps of Faith during a session of Assassinate in Imperial District (Multiplayer).
The Lost Archive (250 G)
The Lost Archive is a DLC which you can play offline, after purchasing it. It's made of seven memories (levels, stages, etc.) in the style of the "Desmond Sequences" of the main game (the first-person block puzzles). Four achievements are related to the completion of the seven stages; then there's one achievement for finding all the 20 "Decipher Fragments" (the local collectibles), and another one for completing memory five after getting the 20 Decipher Fragments. Then there is an achievement which is bound to be unlocked on the way (for using a block to stop a freefall of 25+ meters), and another one which you will most likely unlock as you proceed (for getting an object which is just on your way, almost unmissable, in Memory Three) and finally there are two achievements for completing two portions of the game (a major portion of Memory Four and a minor portion of Memory Seven) without failing/dying once. You should be able to complete everything within a couple of hours max.
You can replay any of the memories you've already played from the "DNA" menu (pause the game to find it).
There are also some "letters" to pick up on the way: they are always found on the main path, and it's easier to spot them than missing them. They are not related to any achievement, except for the first one in Memory Three, as already mentioned.
Below you can find some videos for the Decipher Fragments (except for Memory One and Memory Five, since the former has only a decipher fragment which you will certainly see as you continue, and the latter has no fragments and is very easy to complete too); the videos contain the whole stage recorded, but in their description you can find the exact second where to look if you want to skip the walkthrough and just go to the point where the fragments are. In any case, don't forget that the fragments make a very typical noise when you're close to one of them: take advantage of this to help yourself locating the point where they're found. Otherwise, just follow the videos and see the context from there.
Memory One - The End Is Only The Beginning
You will find its Decipher Fragment as you continue; you can't help noticing it.
Memory Two - The Order
At the end of this memory, you will unlock:

Memory Three - Abstergo
In this memory you find the first "letter", just on your way, after using the new block (the "jumping" block) for the first time. Unless you really decide to skip it on purpose, you can't miss it: it's in front of you, in a narrow path. Once you collect it, you will unlock:
Memory Four - The Mole
This memory is divided in two parts; a first shorter portion is before you fall down in the large hole in a familiar room; then there's the second part. Once you complete the first part, you will unlock:

There's also an achievement for completing the second part of this memory without failing/dying once. It's advisable to go after the fragments first, and attempt the no-fail-run in another replay. Here you can find a video for it: try to imitate it, since it shows probably the best things you can do to deal with each of the obstacles. In particular, when you reach the final "free-fall" part, imitate the position and the timing (referring to the nearby walls/to the position of the objects spinning in the hole below) to try and make it to the bottom in two quick falls: if you manage to do it in one go (or almost), you reduce by a lot the chances of messing up because of the alternating killing platforms down there. So, again, be particularly careful when imitating that last portion, and you won't have problems in succeeding. You will unlock:

Memory Five - Bleeding Effect
Just before the final door of this level, you may notice a door standing on a platform far left from the door you can reach. That door will be related to another achievement, once you collect the 20 Decipher Fragments. Ignore it for now, and complete the memory through the door you can reach to unlock:
Memory Six - The Truth
Nothing special about this stage, except for its fragments.
Memory Seven - The End Of The Line
Near the beginning of this memory, you'll have to use a block to stop your freefall from more than 25 meters of height; for this reason, if you somehow didn't unlock this earlier, you will unlock:
Land on a block after falling more than 25 meters
Shortly after that long freefall, you will be given the "jumping block" again, and you will use it to go upward. Once you're out of the hole where you were, you will notice a large "river" made of dark-blue platforms: it's supposed to represent the Styx. There will be also a huge wooden boat near the "river", anyway. There's an achievement for getting through this portion without failing once. It's very easy, even easier than the Impress Warren Vidic achievement; you will unlock:
Make it across the river Styx without failing
In this memory you will find the last four Decipher Fragments. Once you get the 20th of them, you will unlock:
Find all decipher fragments
Finally, as soon as you complete this memory you will unlock:
Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement. (Secret)
Now that you have all the 20 Decipher Fragments, you'll be taken back to Memory One. Instead of replaying up to Memory Five, pause the game, go to the DNA menu, and select Memory Five from there. Once you're in Memory Five with the 20 fragments collected, make a few steps and a cutscene will show you that there's a bridge made just of the decipher fragment blocks you collected; this bridge leads to the secondary exit of this place. Replay Memory Five till the end, and go across this "block" bridge; enter that door to witness the final scenes and unlock:
