Like all sections before, this section is all played through on veteran difficulty to earn all achievements in one playthrough.
Collection Pack 1
Black Ice
A Bakers Dozen is unlocked in the first half of the mission. This requires you to run over 13 enemies on the snowmobile. It is best done on regular difficulty since you will not die as easily. You can back up and go back for any enemies you may have missed. If you sit back far enough away from the ones on snowmobiles, they will eventually get off so you can mow them down.
Run over and kill 13 enemies with the snowmobile in the "Black Ice" Special Ops mission.
Nothing to overly difficult for these two. If you want to knock them out at the same time, run it through on veteran difficulty.
Complete the "Black Ice" Special Ops mission on Veteran difficulty.

Negotiator
The next three can be unlocked by playing through one time on veteran difficulty. There are 35 hostages to rescue throughout the mission.
Complete the Special Ops mission "Negotiator" on any difficulty.
Rescue all the hostages in the Special Ops mission "Negotiator."
Complete the Special Ops mission "Negotiator" on Veteran difficulty.
Collection Pack 2
Kill Switch
In Kill switch, you are infiltrating a communication center to detonate an EMP. You will have sniper support from Ozone as you progress through the first half of the mission. Enemies will consist of regular Russian soldiers, soldiers with riot shields, helicopters, and juggernauts. There are 6 helicopters to destroy for the Helipocalypse achievement. The first one will show up once you make it to the second story building and will hover above the yard with the rubble and playset. The second one will show up out to the left of the yard where the first one was. Third helicopter shows up when you switch roles from Scarecrow to Ozone. The last three will show up during the Reaper Drone portion of the mission. One-Four-One is unlocked by completing the mission on any difficulty. EMPressive is unlocked by completing the mission on veteran.
Destroy 6 helicopters in the "Kill Switch" Special Ops mission.

Iron Clad
In Iron Clad, you are escorting a friendly tank through the battle zone. The Russians will come at you with nearly 80 soldiers, many of them with RPGs, suicide bombers, tanks, and helicopters. This mission can be as fast pace or a slow as you want it to be. When you are going for Not a Scratch, it would be wise to keep the tank far behind you as you clear up ahead of it. You order the tank to move forward by pressing Right on the D-pad. If you hit Left on the D-pad it will bring up a targeting laser. When you hit the Right Trigger, the tank will fire at that location as long as it has a clear shot. Several parts of the mission are scripted as far as the tanks progression. Once the tank reaches certain locations in the mission, helicopters will move in to kill you and the tank. You can use the targeting laser to have the tank destroy the choppers or use your SMAW rocket launcher. If you run low on ammo, run back to the tank and resupply. Don’t Tread on Me is unlocked by completing the mission on any difficulty. High Roller is unlocked by completing the mission on veteran.

Collection Pack 3
Arctic Recon
It is best that you use the recon drone to clear out as many enemies in the area as possible before you start marking the target. To mark the targets, you must look at that area you need to mark first, hold down 'X', then from there you can turn an shoot anyone around your recon drone. If you drone takes too much damage, it will be destroyed. A new drone will be provided, but it will start back at the beginning and you will have to fly it towards you.
Make sure you keep moving forward when you have an area cleared out. It seems that there is an unlimited supply of enemies until you make a push.
Make good use of your flash bangs. I would recommend having at least 2 left after you place the beacon on the bridge. You will want to flash the guys that are on the double set of stairs that lead up to where the helicopter dropped in some men. The last flash you have should be used when you are on the ships deck near the first beacon. You will want to throw it into the group that is running towards you. This should give you enough of a distraction to run past them.
You can earn the dr0n3d achievement as well on Veteran difficulty, but it is very frustrating. If need be, run the mission on recruit and it will be very simple to earn.

Special Delivery
At the start, pick up the Barret .50cal sniper and self-revive. Move up the the forklift and kill the guys in the building and then the two RPG guys in glass building slightly to the right of the other guys.
Move up to the far left wall, just behind the fence. Throw your first care package here and clear out this area. Watch for guys on the catwalk up on the top left and guys that repel down from the building and fast rope from the helicopter.
Once you round the next corner of the building to the right, watch out for 5-6 guys that rush you. They can be taken out with your M4 from behind the barrels for cover.
Move up to the left and the pillar that is closest to the way point, throw down a sentry turret that you may have got from a care package. Eliminate the guys down that walkway and wait for the first helicopter to come and drop troops on the other side. Remember to keep trying to get the XM-25 care package if you have not already gotten it.
When the helicopter starts dropping troops, shoot them out of the back of the helicopter before they fast rope down. It will cause them to fall to their death.
Once the helicopter troops are gone, move forward and take one of the packages that you need. Once you get it, prepare for a slight ambush and make your way back to the pillar and sentry turret. You will repeat this until you have all three packages.
Once you have all three packages and the area is clear, you can move to the extraction zone. On the other side of the room at the door, a group of soldiers and one juggernaut will show up, use you flash bangs and 50 cal to eliminate them. Then move to the lone survivor and revive him.
Complete the "Special Delivery" Special Ops mission on Veteran difficulty.
Use exactly one of each care package in the "Special Delivery" Special Ops mission.

Use only one self revive care package in the "Special Delivery" Special Ops mission.
Light 'em Up
For this mission, you need to storm Makarov's castle, collected intel, and rescue a hostage. When you start, you will be flying in a helicopter with a grenade launcher. In solo mode, you will be shooting and controlling the helo at the same time. While you are flying above the courtyard, you must kill enemies. After so many kills, intel packets will be dropped ont he ground. Once all four intel packets are dropped, you will land on the helipad. From here you can start the deer in the headlights achievement.
For deer in the headlights you need to get 5 knife kills in a row against stun enemies. They can be stunned by the spotlight on the helicopter or with the flash bang grenades you have. While you are attempting to obtain this achievement, use cover when you are getting hit and keep moving to the intel locations. Once all four intel packets are picked up, head back to the helipad for pick up. You will be moved to another location in the castel.
Once you are dropped off at the next location, take your time when clearing the rooms. There are multiple enemies waiting for you and will make short work of you if you are not paying attention. You can pay attention to where the spotlight is aimed to get an idea of were some of the soldiers are. Once you reach the door that needs to be breached, there will be four guys on the other side. The will be located directly in the center and one slightly off to the right in the room.
Once you untie the hostage, move back to the rooom you entered from and go to the right side of the room. The soldiers are going to throw a grenade into the left side of the room and is really not possible to avoid if you go left. From here, just clear our the courtyard and reach the extraction zone. Lights Out and Siege will be earned once the mission is over.
