5. Miscellaneous
Time for cleanup! This covers the online multiplayer and general skill challenge achievements that you may not have gotten yet. The online multiplayer achievements are easiest to boost, since they require usage of toddlers, and who would do that for any other reason.
Country Clubs
From your country club, check under Tournaments and see if there are any for you to play. If not, leave the club, make your own club, and make your own tournament.

Every day for four days, turn the game on and play a hole of golf. This will contribute status points to your club. After four days, you will max out the loyalty bonus, earn an extra 1,000 coins, and an achievement.

Go to your club's lobby and create a match, even if no one else from your club is in the lobby. It will pit you with a random person, but will still net you your achievement.

XBox Live
Organize a four player private match on Simultaneous Stroke. Use the red tees to speed things up. Everyone must choose either Toddler Ricky or Toddler Tiger. Both toddler achievements should pop at once; if not, set up a two player match with the same settings and try again.

General Skill
FIR is Fairway in Regulation, which is landing the ball in the fairway from the tee. Par 3 holes do not have FIR. Hit them all in a single round for an achievement.
Complete an 18 hole round with a 100 percent FIR. FIR = Fairway in Regulation
GIR is Green in Regulation, which is landing the ball on the green in par minus two shots. For example, on a par 4, GIR is landing on the green in two shots. Every hole has GIR, hit all 18 in a round for an achievement.

With a hybrid club in your bag, land on the green from over 175 yards away. If this is giving you difficulty, play at St. Andrews, where the greens are enormous.
Land on the green from over 175 yards away using a Hybrid
Find a preferred Par 3 (I like to use TPC Sawgrass hole 17 or TPC Scottsdale hole 16) and drill a shot straight into the bunker. From here, aim your shot, but only swing to about 50-75% and immediately start rolling the ball backward. Land within a yard of the flagstick for yet another achievement.
Land within 1 yard of the flagstick from a bunker
On a long par 4 or a par 5, practice a hole enough that you can get the ball within a yard of the flagstick from over 150 yards out.
From the Fairway, land within 1 yard of the flagstick from 150 yards out
With the caddie and putt previews on, you'll want to get the ball around 14 yards away. When it comes time to putt, use Y to bring up the caddie's suggestion, aim for the center, and hit LB to preview the putt. Make any small adjustments and follow through to sink the putt.
Take Tiger Woods to Augusta, hole 10, and turn the wind on to Gale Force with Wind Gusts on. Quit and restart until the wind is blowing towards the hole, then wind up and hit the strongest shot you can. So long as it doesn't land out of bound, you'll unlock an achievement after drilling the ball over 400 yards.

Ugh.
First, you must be on Tour Pro difficulty. Despite saying Perfect Tempo, it means a perfect shot, both tempo and swing. Putts don't count, so it's best to do this off the tee. There are rumors that progress does not save if you turn the game off, so do yourself a favor and settle for an hour or two just to be on the safe side.
There are three good places to attempt this achievement. If you have the Collector's Edition, the Augusta National Training Course. If not, 1982 Hole in One is preferred, although 1997 Hole in One is feasible. The actual shot you attempt doesn't matter, so long as you hit both perfect. Try a variety of clubs and lengths until you find something that works for you. If you're slow, aim closer; if you're fast, aim farther. In my case, I was only able to hit both perfect in 1982 with a 5 wood aiming at 16 yards. If you don't have a single perfect shot after four attempts, retry the event to save yourself some time.
Good luck, this is the most frustrating achievement in the game.
