1.) UNO is a fun card game that is easily completed. There is no story mode so the best way to start is single player. The achievements that are best attainable in single player are “Wild Abandon” and “Ace”.
Successfully call UNO! and win the game.
Go out with a Wild or Wild Draw Four card.
Go out without ever drawing a card.
The achievements “Wild Abandon” and “Ace” go hand-in-hand with each other most of the time.
The goal of “Ace” is to go out without ever drawing a card which is best done with the artificial intelligence in single player. Start any kind of single player game type and make sure that you have at least two wild cards. Keep restarting the game until you have two. Then use as many cards as possible without using the wild cards and then use them at the end. Hopefully you don’t ever have to draw and you will go out with the wild card. If you have not won a game yet, you will get the “Uno!” achievement. If you don't want to worry about this achievement yet, you can hope you get it as you progress through the others, but it seems worth mentioning here regardless.
2.) The two achievements, “UNO Shark” and “Multiplayer”, require Xbox Live to earn because they require online multiplayer.
Complete a 4-player game of UNO®, in any mode, on Xbox Live.
You need a Xbox Live Gold Membership to play on live an earn this achievement. Search for a one game win game because the point system takes too long. Also, make the game type be partner because it doubles your chances of winning. The game needs to have all four players, not three actual people with gamertags and one color computer player; it is worth to wait in a situation like this because people are more likely to join it. You only need to complete a game once to get “Multiplayer”.

Win ten 4-player games of UNO®, in any mode, on Xbox Live.
Follow the guide from the “Multiplayer” achievement and win ten games for “Uno Shark” instead of completing only one. You should complete these to get you one fourth the way to “Devotee”.

3.) Lastly, the rest are crossovers between the two modes. Most of these can be tracked from the leaderboards option off the main menu. You will get these without even realizing. Also, the multiplayer achievements should be done before these achievements because games are easier to win and have in single player.
After you get “Uno Shark”, win thirty games of UNO in single player where it is easiest to start a game. Using “House Rules”, start it on a one game partner match and repeat after winning until you get the achievement, “Devotee”. The others are cumulative / should pop as you play, so you might as well advance towards Devotee in the process. They are relatively self-explanatory.

Across all games, play 40 Draw Two cards.

Successfully bluff on a Wild Draw Four twice in the same game.
Start a House Rules game, Forced Play [OFF] and Draw Until Play [ON]. This enables you to draw more than one card a turn. During your turn, draw cards repeatedly until you get a Wild Draw Four. Choose the color that you have the least of which is a bluff. The computer can challenge your bluff which makes it unsuccessful but it is rare for the computer to do that. You need to do this twice in a single match successfully.
Change the color of the discard pile 5 or more times in a single round.
Use the same House Rules as in the achievement, “Bluff” and load up on five Wild cards and/or Wild Draw Four cards. Then, simply change the pile five times before the game ends.
