Dude's grammar is terrible, his posts are of sub-par intelligence...all this leads me to thinking he's just some script kiddie, since every real hacker I've ever known
was usually capable of stringing together coherent sentences. In any case, like I said, change your password anyway.

Scary stuff if its true
Shit... is that everyone on xbox live?
Look at the actual passwords and such, though....several emails appear multiple times, and most of the passwords are obviously fake.
That's why I say it's 99% some guy trolling....but on the 1% he's not, better safe than sorry
Also, he says "Old stuff from when live was first announced...in 2009" - very clearly just some whiner script kiddie who doesn't know crap about hacking
http://www.gamespot.com/news/xbox-live-not-hacked-6408840?skipmc=1 Confirmed fake? I can't see MS just doing nothing if there were a security breach, especially after the
PSN fiasco a few years back. They would have to do damage control, and that includes notifying users.
@PSy, one time there was a security breach on live, they said nothing and then BannHammer happend, also a nuew updae to the dashboard and a change toLive TOS
And since almost no one ever reads it I read it, besides a couple of typos and grammatical errors (wich I took Pictures) and a reference to Live being hacked and them not
being guilty of it and rendering gamers unable to sue them because of it. (I lost some of those pics) Led me to believe they rushed those TOS. And in fact did hapen.
happen, with Microsoft keeping it quiet. those Term of Service, were rewritten days later
Technically though foken, unless user data is breached MS doesn't have to say word one. As long as it's just THEIR stuff that is affected, they are ethically sound in
Just pretending it didn't happen. Once those user files are breached, though, that's a different story.
Remember fight Club and what he said of car companies removing cars from the street. It all depends on %
They wont say a word untill the % of affected gamers is too high to do a thing or untill word leaks. Reminds me of the stuff with Fifa 12 (was it?)
I saw that happen with Toshiba, Dell, HP and sony with the burning batteries on thei laptops. When the number went too high they said "return that shit NOW!!!!
CRAP I HAVE TO QUIT THE CONSPIRACY THEORIES!!! sorry dont want to go all Yelly Pants lol anyway I changed my pass
Thanks Rayner >_<

+1
it'll be like being at the cinema, with your phone on, you prick
LLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLL..... "about a little girl with a stuffed animal who teleports ships whenever she touches someone's ear"............. LLLLOOOLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!
And!!!! "Call of Duty you're going to form an emotional attachment to this dog, which is probably gonna get shot to pieces during an elaborate cut scene..."........ LOLOL
I'm honestly really excited for it being an all-in-one entertainment hub. I mean, I use my Xbox for games, PS3 for bluray, and Apple TV for Netflix and Hulu (cuz the.....
....other two are too slow). It just seems more convenient now. I also feel like the only one who doesn't mind the installation thing. (That much, it's still lame)....
....But I buy all my games new anyway, especially collector's editions, which HAVE to be new anyway. Curse the collector in me!
What did you do this time ?
You yourself didn't like that one guy using your name in that blog post so why would you still use WhataLump his name to post something bad? A bit hypocritical man.

all i did was ask to join a session
I'm not arguing that, i'm just saying in the past there was a guy who used your name (and mine) in his blog post to just put us in a bad light and you did not like that..
...one bit for using your actual username, so you might want to refrain from using actual usernames as well when you want to vent about something/someone. ;)
You invested? Is it worth the 2000MSP price tag?
For someone who played them all in the arcade and remembers them fondly, yes. Not sure about other folks. XBLA version is 2400MSP, as you have to buy the wrapper program
If you playes the originals arcades/NES games Id's say yeah sure. Yet Ill wait for a Deal of the week lol
I don't mind. Personally, I was tired of hearing about it yesterday. We'll only know what it's like when it comes out.
same
the cheeto stains was a good touch
lol yh
i preferred the "disappointment mode"
Personally I think there's a lot to like. Sure, no backwards compatibility is a drag, but not unexpected. One year in will anyone really care?
Admittedly I am disappointed this includes Arcade too though. :(

Backwards compatibility was expected tbh. However I think we should still be able to play Arcade games ... I'm not really keen on this paying again for a 2nd hand game.
My main worry with that is, what if you Xbla games which get delisted for whatever reason (they goes bust or lose the license) what if you cannot get a code for retail
games where this happens in the future?
Backwards compatibility was not* expected ...
I really wish someone would come up with a way for consumers to purchase IPs, so I don't have re-buy pac-man for eternity #itllneverhappen
I really like it, and the pre owned thing was expected after ea said there not doing passes anymore
64-player Battlefield 4 servers would convince me...
Now we play the cost/benefit game :) Hoping it'll come out before AC4 and Watch Dogs, or close enough not to matter.
@Ginn - I think that's a real possibility. I got the impression that there would also be some pre-matchmaking going on between games. Which is interesting.
I'm a little on the fence about it. It's got some cool features, but most of which I don't need/want. I'm still waiting for something to impress me.
As of what I have seen thus far,I will be buying another xbox 360 not a xbox1 simply so my daughter can watch netTV in her room...I lok at this as a good thing actually
I been getting bored w gaming or the amount for which I have been gaming lately so this may be my out,I have gone 6 years before without gaming maybe its time for me to
do it again.
I hear you Ninja, I needed a way to stop as well, perfect opportunity. Like you I stopped gaming for years, from when I was 18 - 26 or so, can do it again lol.
Ain't no way you guys are gonna sit on the sidelines for a generation! Let's just see what they have to say about _games_ first. Please? :)
Maybe Av, if anything I'm more thinking of going all retro lol. Get back on the Mame scene.
Of course I'm not saying I have decided yet all depends how everything pans out, I'm still a Kinect fan and that looked great but I went from Dreamcast era until Xbox 360
so it is definitely an option. I don't mind the money going to the gamedevs at all in fact I champion it but the way it is panning out MS will be in charge of this system
as such I'm certain they will be the ones to benefit from it as well
What are your opinions on the less discussed need to connect once a day (may change) even when playing single player and the ALWAYS on and connected Kinect?
@Swan - Go back!? MAME is the _only_ constant, lol. We need to have 'MAME-chat' one day. :)
@Ninj - Doesn't bother me. I haven't used my 360 without a connection since I got it. Can't think of a piece of tech I use that /doesn't/ have an always on connection TBH
I'm excited about Kinect. I use it a lot (except for gaming oddly enough) especially voice. I've always considered lag to be its Achilles heal, but not any more.
Expanding its capabilities into TV, Skype, whatever, etc. could be a real game changer.
I've said it before; mind-numbing...
LOL my mind has been numb for a while!!

really congrats !
Big 10k coming up!
nice getting close!
Congrats, you'll be at 10k before summer is over.
your getting closer to me, I am sure you will have 10k before the end of summer.
You can do this yourself by changing the time on your xbox and doing private matches (or instant, I forget which one).
Both
yh i just learned about that lil time trick :)
