How to unlock the Amass Minions achievement

    For this achievement, I believe that you only need to have collected 250 minions. You will get this as you progress through the game relatively quickly, however if you are in a hurry, the easiest way to get this is by killing all of the sheep at the very beginning and then killing all of the people of spree as well. If you do not have enough, simply go back to your tower and repeat.

    APB PlaysNote: You only need to have harvested 250 lifeforce throughout the game, not actually have 250 lifeforce at any one time.

    ChrisAldinRight now I have 234 in reserve. And I have most definitely harvested 250 throughout the game but no achievement yet. So I think you do need 250 in reserve for it to unlock.
