This solution follows on from the Tourist achievement (you don't need to have read it) and I have written ones for the subsequent achievements.

First of all, if you want to make life easy for yourself and just blast the achievements out, many people talk about using a 100% chameleon suit but this needs all manner of items and the like. A much easier thing to do is simply bring up the start menu, go to options and then gameplay. From here, you can turn the difficulty right down. This will make killing enemies an absolute doddle with most only needing a few hits to die. I also tend to save regularly as well so that if you do make a mistake or get into trouble, you can reload without having to go too far back.

You will most probably be reading this straight after entering the Fringe so the guide will start from there.

You need to head down into the village. I just went straight not really moving much from the line of the green arrow but you can always follow the path. Once you are there, you will find some villagers. Talk to Shelden (first person I met) and he will tell you of a Gatekeeper. On telling you this, he will run off in the direction of the gatekeeper and you can follow him. When you arrive in a sort of circular arena, you can watch the gatekeeper in combat with lots of other men. You can attempt (and I would suggest saving first) to go straight in with them and attack the gatekeeper. If you kill him, it saves you having to do anything else other than collect the keys from his corpse (one for Mania and one for Dementia) and heading through one of the doors. You have to then make your way to the castle marked on your map (Sheogorath's) and speak with him.

If you find you can't kill him then don't worry, he isn't meant to be easy. You have two options that can help you to kill him more easily. One (I prefer the second) is to speak with Jayred Ice-Veins about him making some arrows for you. You can get pointed in the right direction by asking villagers. He will then take you off to some boneyard (Gardens of Flesh and Bone) to collect bones to make arrows. You have to wait a few hours before speaking to him again and being able to collect the arrows from him.

The other option (which I prefer) is to find a woman called Nanette Don. I found her in the local tavern, spoke with her and raised her disposition so that she told me about a lady called Relmyna Verenim who visited the Gatekeeper at midnight. When she tells you this, wait until it gets to that sort of time and sneak back up to the circular arena again. When you get close, sneak up until you can hear a conversation taking place. After a short while, there will be a notification saying that the lady dropped a handkerchief with some tears. You can quickly run up and grab the hanky from the floor. You have three drops you can put on weapons and the drops should poison the Gatekeeper when you attack him with your chosen weapon.

You can combine both of those options together to help you kill the Gatekeeper or as I said at the start, just go straight in for the kill. Grab the keys from the corpse and head through the door and onwards to the palace.

    2nd achievement done! smile
