Solution is presented as a walkthrough:
The best thing here is to decide what you like and what you don't. This close to the end of the game I offer one that not only has a humorous questline but an item that serves little purpose, both close to the end and in practicality. I chose Sheogorath's Wabbajack.
Sheogorath, the Daedric god of mischief, is easily found south of Bravil (slightly sw) or nortwest of Fort Redman, ultimately west of the Wayshrine of Stendarr. Back off the road in the woods.
The offering is simple, considering how short the quest is, yarn, lettuce and a lesser soul gem. Part of the appeal of this quest is the servants and Sheogorath himself. The acting is great and the lines are funny. After you've made the offering he'll give you instructions to create omens to the apocoplypse in a nearby town of Border Watch. This is also an easy task, bring the Plague of Rats, if you're staying in the Border Watch Inn, its also a cheese museum, with a stew pot outside. The shaman will drop rat poison at the top of the steps, killing the rats. The next prophesy says that the live stock will die. Use the remaining poison or your sword, but remember the order; rats then livestock. Talk to the shaman and he'll tell you to run "We're all doomed!" Sheogorath's voice will boom overhead, return to the shrine and grab your brand-new Wabbajack.

What is it you say? Why'd I trade it you ask? Its a staff of transmutation, it could change a Daedra into a rat , OR a rat into a minotaur. You have no control over which.
And moreover, Martin tells you whatever artifact he uses will be destroyed, no way out of it. A list will pop up with all artifacts in your possession and he'll ask you which will you sacrifice. The nifty key? That wonderful sword? I chose this because I still plan to meet Sheogorath in The Shivering Isles.

Ok, sit down, shut up, and take a pee break this is gonna be a long one.

Because of the length of the quests, amount of quests to pick from, and how much I really. . .enjoy all this typing, I will provide the Deadric Shrine, Level to accept the quest, item to start the quest, item given upon completion, and location of the shrine itself only. . .

Azura gives you the Azura's star, a soul gem that empties the soul but not the gem, level 2 requirement, located in the Jerrall mountains which is north of Lake Arrius, which is north/northeast of Cheydinhal. Bring along some glow dust.

Boethia gives you the Goldbrand, a powerful sword with fire damage. At level 20 take a deadric heart to about halfway down the mountains close to the edge of the map, which is southeast of Chyedinhal.

Clavicus Vile will award you with Masque of Clavicus Vile (with trade of quest sword) or the Umbra, (if you got sticky fingers and tell Vile to shove it) and cost you 500 gold to do business at level 20. Enclosed by the northern loop of the gold and red roads, southwest of the Imperial City.

Hiricine gives you enchanted light armor with magic resistance if you bring him a wolf or bear pelt after attaining level 17. Swim across lake Rumar from the Waterfront District, then head east on the red ring road until you get to the aylied ruin Sardavar. from here its just south/south east up the hill.

Malancath will you give you the enchanted mace Volundrung if you can make it to level 10 and have some troll fat, you can take on this quest. Start at the Anvil main gates and head up the road until you get to Lord Drad's Estate. from here its North and west around the hill and you will run right into the shrine.

Mephala, Ebony Blade, level 15, and a nice helping of nightshade will get you on speaking terms with this four armed hotty. On the northeast corner of Lake Rumar sits a happy little inn called Roxey Inn, From there northeast up the steep hill and youre in the money.

Meridia's hiding out west of Skingrad. Level 10 will get you a shit at the Ring of the Khajiiti, a chameleon ring. dont forget the mort flesh, bone meal, or ectoplasm.

Molag Bal will give you The Mace of Molag Bal if you hit level 17 and manage to head west of the Imperial City with a lion's pelt until you make it to Breakneck cave (good cave to loot BTW) then the Ayleid ruin Narnfinsel. From there it is south/south east until you come upon the shrine and a clearing in the woods.

Namira will give you the ring of Namira at level 5.East/southeast of Bruma you'll run into a bunch of gross looking witches (well, they're prolly witches), they want your personality at a rank of 20. This is an odd request so I'll let you know your best bet is to lower your personality by getting drunk! Bruma's bar has the finest selection in town.

Nocturnal will give you the Skeleton key at level 10. This boys and girls you may want to think twice about giving up because it is an easy quest, it gives you one lockpick. . . .that never breaks. . .neway, no item needed just start on the outside of the east side of Leyawin, from there, go north, stay between the road and the river.

Peryite, southeast bank of the Silverfish River, east of the Imperial Bridge Inn, no offering yet again, at level 10 just show up and sign your name on the dotted line (code for do quest) for a heavy shield with spell reflect. Page 1

    Ryet69Page 2. . . .Oh yes kids, but we're almost done I swear it. . . .

Sanguine and his Sanguine Rose need cyrodillic brandy and level 8. Unfortunately it is really unclear where this quest is and im having trouble remembering exactly myself. From what this guide says it looks to be somewhere south/ southwest to south/ southeast of Weyton Priory.

Sheogorath will give you the Wabbajak at level 2 if you turn in a head of lettuce, a lesser soul gem, and yarn.Halfway between Bravil and Leyawiin near the Elsweyr border.

Vearmina is the last one on this long and lame strat guide.East shore of Lake Poppad, Southwest of Cheydinhal. Level 5 and a black soul gem, and you could be the proud owner of a Skull of Corruption.

Wooo. too much. . .too much.

I'd recommend you don't give up Azura's Star at this point in the game as it is one of the most useful artifacts.

Instead, hand over a less useful artifact such as the Ebony Blade or Saviour's hide.

fishinyamouthI'm definitely going to give up saviours hide, It has barely no use!
