Play the game in single player on Normal or Hardcore difficulty. This Achievement will unlock upon completion of the fourth mission, "Graveyard".
Note that the mission is in two parts, so when it first appears that the mission is complete, you're actually just loading into the second half.
The first half deals mostly with destroying tanks. Sneak your tank out from behind cover, fire your shot, and retreat back. If you can get in behind one of the enemy tanks, their rear armour is far less durable and will take less damage to destroy.
