  Easiest way to get this 'cheevo is to have two controllers and have one sign in with a dummy account. Make a local Warzone match, set the map to Subway, and change the rounds to 3. Using the dummy account's remote, run for the grenades and blow yourself up. If you spawn inside, take a right and go through the train car. If you spawn outside, go down the stairs, take a right, and go through the train car. Have Fun!

  This is the fastest and easiest way to do this.. using a 2nd controller guest account.. You can sign one on in the menus, (this is not a second silver acount) Match type Execution.. Press the Y button to get a guest in should be (your gamertag(2) Kill the guest account, no respawns.. the word dummy account kinda threw me when I read this, that's why you should use the same terminaology as the game, but otherwise very sound advice. Thumbs up!

  If you spawn outside, there is a quicker way to get to the grenades - take a right and go past the burnt out cars. Jump over the slabs and past the white van and take an immediate right and go up the stairs to the grenades there. It’s the same location as on Gears 2 and quicker to do for this achievement :)

  There are two methods to do this.
  
  The first is for people who want these matches to count towards Annex:
  
  Simply start up an Annex player match, 120 seconds for capture time, 3 rounds, and bleed out duration to 5 seconds.
  
  Use a second controller / guest account as the team from the other side (sign in a second controller with the guest account and then you'll automatically join the match I think), have him spinning around or doing something. Then go and capture all the points until you reach 120 to win the round. Rinse and repeat.
  
  Alternatively, you can do this easily in Warzone or Execution on this map. Set the matches to say 3 round duration, 1 or 2 minutes for round duration. Then go and kill your second controller, rinse and repeat.
  
  Those who wish to vote negative, at least please give the courtesy of explaining why you voted it down. I simply explained my method of what worked for me to get the achievement.

  I think people down voted because you don't have the achievement when you said you did. So it makes you not look creditable.

  "you need to set the round score to 180 points, because the annex achievement clearly states 3 rounds and 3 objectives per round. every objective is 60 points so you need 180 to win and have it count"
  
  No, read the description: "Complete 100 multiplayer matches of 3+ rounds in Annex and capture 3 objectives in each match"
  
  Match, not round.
  
  Also, this is the most efficient way to do this if you don't want to boost with other people and want to also get Annex. People voting negative were probably too short-sighted to realize this. The Green Thumb and Purdy Mouth achievements are the only ones where it's worth it to NOT play them on Annex, since it's faster to suicide the dummy account.

  I recommend doing this cheevo first, and then Annex cheevo. Its going to be faster than doing both at the same time

  An even quicker way to get all the ''play 20 matches dlc map' achievements'' is to start an assassination game with friendly fire turned on. There should be atleast 2 players who should get the achievement and have 2 guest account's on the other team who will kill their own leader. With the leader dead the round ends and the other team wins. Repeat this 19 times on the required map and you should get the achievement. Me and 3 other friends were able to get each of these achievements in 15-20 mins

  I just quad boxed these with your solution and was beating them in about 59 seconds. Cant beat that. Thumbs up, way up! Use the shot gun for the kills its probably quicker.
