    Same as above really but when i was boosting with crazyjgerman he told me that boosting the hosting levels in player match and not ranked gives you the option to play again by pressing A button this cuts out 2 loading screens but it still takes about 4.5 mins per round
    4.5 x 10 = 45 mins.

    Easiest way I found to get the achievement is this:

    Create a Custom Game -> Ranked Deathmatch and Public Spaces set to 1.

    Select the level you are going for the achievement on and set the time to 1:00.

    Have your boosting partner join or wait for someone to join the match and the game will be over in a mere 60 Seconds. Repeat 10 times on the same level and the achievement will be yours. Should take max 15-20 minutes becuase the loading times are stupidly long.

    Tez DreddCould you add in your solution that loading times vary depending on location also. I have done this with someone in the UK (where I am) and someone in USA and the uk games were definitely loading quicker

    You have to host 10 matches on the Golden Dragon Casino which is quite simple. The only thing you might find hard about this is the fact that it may take some time in the lobby before someone join. Each game can last up to 10min.
