This was really frustrating. Personally I don't believe the solutions about driving in the other lane or taking corners or whatever - at the later levels this just didn't work for me.

I did it by finding an area near each spot that was difficult for the press to get to and leading the client there (or as close as I could get them before they jumped into the car). You can lead them by slowing down then driving off before they can get in and lead them quite a distance.

Rollers: Head west past the highway onto the grassy area - you should cross a dirt track. Follow it south till you find a dried up pond (I think that's what it is) The majority of the press will spawn on the highway and you'll be safe.

Vice Kings: North West, just past the highway there is a riverside area with lots of low walls - you can squeeze through the gates but the press mostly can't. When they do you can usually drive up a bit and they'll get stuck or blow up. This is the most awkward one by far because they can still get a bit close to you and there's less room to do the activities.

The Los Carnales: Head south into the airport. There is a ramp, which will get you on top of a hanger. It's big enough that the press can't see you if you are on the opposite side. This is the easiest one.

Sometimes a few press get near but you can usually shoot them and if the client wants vehicle damage later on that's very useful.

Save just before you start the mission so you spawn at the nearest save point.

If the client wants to go miles away (Freckle Bitches with the Vice Kings one for example), just restart as you'll not be able to do it.

Don't get frustrated, the guys are annoying but if you persevere you'll get it.

Ok, this achievement is more about luck than skill. That being said, here are a few pointers that I found helpful. Make sure not to just go in a straight line. Instead, try to turn often while driving at high speeds. The vans are very fast and will stay with you unless you shake them off around a corner, they crash very easy. Also, try to avoid the main roads like highways and such. Road blocks will be waiting and if you get caught it can end very quickly, especialy on the later levels. If you find yourself continuously failing a level, keep retrying because an easier level will eventually appear. This is probally the most frustrating achievement in the game besides Drug Trafficing but with plenty of patience it will be done and over with!
