  This achievement should only take a few minutes. Start up the first chapter "Last Call" and in the bar go to the arcade machines. One of them is a black jack machine. Save your game in front of the machine. Now do the following until the achievement unlocks:
  
  1. Bet everything you have
  2. Play
  3. If you win, save. If you lose, reload the previous save
  4. Go to step 1

  "The basic rules of the game involve adding the value of an initial two card hand in hopes of being dealt a value of twenty-one. If a value of less than twenty-one is dealt, the player may choose to be dealt single cards until they either reach a value of twenty one, reach a value they feel comfortable to play, or reach a value that exceeds twenty-one.   This seems so rigged. I get 17, game gets 18. I get 18, game gets 19. I get 19, game gets 20. You get the drift. So far 10 minutes and nothing yet.

  You can do this right away in the beginning of the game at the bar, or you can wait until level 8 to make it a little easier on you. I recommend the latter. ;)
  
  The blackjack machine itself is not hidden in any way at all so it shouldn't be considered missable. The room it's in also has two wallwalks on either side, and a switch in the middle that you must turn on to actually go up the wallwalks. After you're on the ceiling, some enemies will come out of a portal, turn the wallwalks back off, and begin shooting. When you kill them, you should notice that the blackjack machine seems to be broken. You won't will ALL of the time, but you do have much better "luck" and get plenty of Black Jacks. I set my betting to 10 right away, and doubled every time I got a combination of cards under 10. Took only a few minutes to hit $250.
