How to unlock the Joint Command achievement

    Actions
    Start up the Tundra board. Once the board loads, have a second controller join (by hitting 'start' on the second controller) and move the tank to the right of the screen, then ignore the second controller completely, playing only with your primary controller

    My "second player" hugged the right of the screen for the entire level and never took any damage until the chopper battle at the end, where it died and I used a life to revive it. I pummeled the chopper with controller 1 until it died and the chievo popped after it blew up.

    Super easy Chievo.

    ** Update**
    Thanks to "vegansound" in the comments, it appears you can't have an idle 2nd controller. I never really moved the 2nd controller tanks except for the beginning of the level where I moved it to the right, but I never continually moved the stick or had to elastic the controller to get this one to pop. I look forward to other feedback to clarify this one.

    FerociousTiger1Even though this game is backwards compatible, this achievement has to be unlocked on a 360.

    ZzaAPpaATtaAI unlocked the achievement on backwards compatibility using a Series X on June 5, 2022. Just make sure to kill at least 1 enemy with the idle controller if you don't have a friend to help you.

    EliteGnatUsing the series x, how did you sign in the second controller? It doesn't give me the option to sign in with a guest. Is there a way to do it that I'm missing

    Just get a friend or hook up another controller and protect the other tank. First level shouldn't be too hard to keep the other tank alive.
