    You can do this with random players or friends. As long as they don't mess around, you should have no problem. Though it's best to play with players who have a headset so you can communicate easier. At the time, I didn't have a headset but still managed to do this. Also it helps if you can find out players skills before you start so you know how good they are. Obviously a player on 67% as a Spy is better than a player on 11%.

    For the normal missions, find the easiest terminal to hack, for example, one with an open space and few doors to get to it. So, one Spy stands right next to the terminal to hack it faster while the other two stand near each door, whilst hacking too, so if any Upsilon Force guards come in, they can grab them and kill them.

    Listen for the loud beeping sound the guards sensors make when they get near you. As soon as you hear this, the Spies guarding the doors should stop hacking and be prepared to grab them once they come charging in. Sometimes they like to open the door and fire a grenade inside. If this happens, warn the Spy closest to the terminal to take cover or if you have no headset then the Spy closest to the terminal should stop hacking once they hear the sensor noise, hide and wait until the other two spies take out the guards.

    If you run low on health, don't take any chances, get back to base and fill up your health. The best gadgets to take with you are the Flash Grenades since they really help to blind guards who are firing at you. If you mess up and fail to grab a guard and he starts firing at you, throw a Flash Grenade and then try grabbing him again.

    Note: Bots on the harder levels will spin around more often which will knock you out if you're standing near them. If you perform the same method with the Flash Grenades on the harder bots, if your first two attempts to grab him fail, back away and try again or you will most likely get knocked out. If you do and a teammate is nearby, then they should get to you in time and grab the guard since the bots usually like to pick up a Spy and headbutt them which is a instant kill. This takes a few seconds to do, as long as a teammate grabs the guard before he kills you, you should just get up fine. Make sure to fill your health up though, usually a knock down can waste a lot of health or even kill you if you're running low.

    On Double Agent missions, only one Spy can win. Before the match starts, talk about who is going to win first. This is best doing with friends not random people. Random people could mess up the match and they could win instead. Although some will help.

    Anyway once you've begun, all the players should go to a terminal that is the easiest one to hack without guards popping in every like two seconds. Like on Blackwing, Green is the best since there is only one way inside and the Spy who wants to win should stand in between the terminal and soda machine. Grenades fired in shouldn't hurt anyone. The other two Spies should stand right next to the door to grab guards. Don't charge out to them, wait for them to come inside. Once again, take Flash Grenades, even the Spy who is only hacking should take them. This is because if the other Spies both got killed and the leader Spy needs to get away quickly, Flash Grenades are your best friend. If the leader Spy runs low on health, one of the other Spies should bring some health to them. It's best if the leader Spy does not risk going back to base until the match has ended.

    Another example is Boss House. The best terminal to hack here would be yellow. One or two Spies should stand right next to it to hack it faster. If you get in a position where you can hack and see the corridor inside the mansion at the same time, this will help. To do this, turn the right analog stick as you're hacking to look around, so if the corridor is to your right, turn right so you can see if a guard is coming down. This will come in handy on other missions too! If this happens, warn the Spy next to you and run away, back up to the attic until the guard goes. The last Spy should hack the terminal from above yellow, right near the attic entrance so he/she can see the yard below to the left of yellow. Sometimes a guard will come here and start firing grenades up at yellow. As soon as you spot him, warn the other Spies to take cover. Usually the grenades miss but there is a chance it will hit the target.

    Missions and tips:

    Blackwing:
    Best terminal to hack: Green
    Use the method explained above.

    Boss House:
    Best terminal to hack: Yellow
    Use the other method explained above.

    Dawn Waves:
    Best terminal to hack: Red
    Red is closest to your base and easy to access. Try and get in a position so you can watch for grenades firing through the windows whilst hacking. If you want to be extra careful, one Spy should stand on the roof of Red to watch below for incoming guards.

    Motorway 90:
    Best terminal to hack: Green
    This terminal is far away from your base but can be reached quickly via the zip line. This is great to hack cause there is only one entry but for Spies, you can slide under the garage door. Don't stand too close to the terminal though, grenades are popular flying through the open windows.

    Terminus:
    Best terminal to hack: Any
    This is a tough map for hacking. Each terminal is in a small space with a lot of objects and the guards grenades can get you real easy. If you concentrate on hacking the Main Generator first to cut the power to all the doors and lights, then that would distract one of the guards for a while. Next, you could go for Red which is near your base but when a guard enters, instead of coming straight in, they usually stand in the hallway and fire grenades killing the Spy hacking. This can happen with Green too but Yellow isn't too bad although it is hard to grab a guard in this area. Blue is probably the hardest so I wouldn't recommend trying that. Whatever one you find that suits you and your team, go for. I think I ended up with Red but it was tough.

    Red Diamond:
    Best terminal to hack: Any
    Unlike Terminus, Red Diamond's terminals are quite easy as long as your teammates can cover the entry points whilst hacking. Yellow is really easy if one Spy stands directly above it. Another Spy should hack it from the balcony, the large room opposite yellow so they can see guards come in below. The last Spy should hack near the terminal but so they can see the other entry point which in rare cases, guards will enter this way. When any Spy sees a guard, warn the others fast or a grenade can easily change the match around. Red is okay, just watch those entry points. This time, hack near it, not above. Blue is good, keep an eye on the doors and watch for grenades. Green is perfect for all Spies hacking but once guards enter, charge upstairs or stick together and hide near the doorway and take them out. My favourite: Yellow.

    Slaughter House:
    Best terminal to hack: Yellow
    Yellow is in a nice place which takes a while to get to but it is easy to escape and enter via the vents. You can stand on one of the objects inside this room to jump on guards that enter but watch out for grenades. All Spies can hack this in a few seconds as long as one warns the others if the door opens. In this case, all stick together, take out the guard(s) and then proceed with hacking. Practice getting to yellow with you and your teammates on a Private match with no bots so you can memorize the way.

    USS Wisdom:
    Best terminal to hack: Any
    This is one of the hardest to do, especially on Double Agent. You will need to find a terminal that suits your teammates. When I did this I chose the furthest one away which is Yellow. It's a big open space, plenty of grenade action so be on the look out also it's right next to the enemy's spawn base. The best thing about Yellow is, one Spy can stand right next to it hacking while to other two can guard the entry points so the guards won't fire grenades at Yellow. Take it in turns but on Double Agent, the player who is playing to win needs the other Spies to ALWAYS be on guard. One mistake and all Spies can easily be killed. Like I said, very hard since the guards have good movement, maybe too good, but they easily make mistakes like the rest.

    Again, listen very carefully for the beeping sensor that is on all of the guards suits. That will signal they are near. Once they are, the Spies who are near the entry points should continue hacking until they hear one of the doors open.

    The key to this achievement is teamwork, without it, it would be very hard. Hopefully, you'll get through it in no time :)

    KameraI look back on this achievement and it wasn't that bad! I wish the next Splinter Cell has co-op like this, but improved!

    TachikomaShikiDid you ever play Chaos Theory on the original Xbox in co op? That was a lot of fun, only 4 levels but it was great! They brought out some DLC for it as well but since you can't transfer original DLC over when you get a new HDD, I never got chance to try it. Double Agent on the original Xbox also had the same co op except with lots of loading screens throughout each level which kinda slowed it down. Still, fun games. We need more like these on 360! :)

    Firstly, I would like to thank AlonsoFive and Banemaster117 for helping me perfect these strategies.

    Don't attempt these missions without a strong team. They simply aren't possible unless everyone is sharp and on the ball. If you're struggling to find people to play with, try setting up a Gaming Session for the game.

    It is highly recommended you set up a Custom Match on the maps you still need to play on, without any bots. This will allow you to familiarise yourself with the maps so you can practice the routes and strategies before you attempt the missions.

    I did every Co-Op mission on this game with at least one other person. Nothing was attempted solo.

    These strategies were a combination of the few guides on the internet and some trial and error on my part. I have managed to come up with strategies for arguably the hardest missions on this game. These are Missions 9, 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18.

    One tactic I found very useful was to distract a guard and have another spy sneak up behind them to grab and kill them quickly. This tactic worked a charm on Missions 12, 15 and 17.

    For each mission I will state how difficult I found each Mission, as well as my final score and which terminals to hack.

    CODENAME: ZIRCON

    Mission 9 - Operation GRIFFIN
    Map: Motorway 90
    Difficulty: **
    My Difficulty: *
    Gold Score: 1800
    My Score: 2425
    Terminals: Green > Red and Blue
    Each player should take syringes.

    Every time I've played this mission, one player will be a lone wolf and the other two will stick together.

    Blue method (Player 1)
    Climb the boxes on your right at the spawn area and head towards the building in front of you. Climb through the window, across the attic and down the zip line. You will now be on the roof of a small building. Hack the generator on a 2 bar signal (usually I don't hack generators, but the enemies seem to take longer to restart it on this map). Turn around and head to the corner of the roof and jump onto a smaller roof top. Head towards the window at the end and climb through. On the left in this room is another window. Climb out and drop to the floor. Run towards the Blue terminal.

    Head underneath the Blue terminal and you will see that you can climb up into the building the terminal is in. Hack the terminal on a 3 bar signal. The minute an enemy enters the building, climb back under the building. Repeat until you have a full file.

    To escape, climb the boxes behind the terminal and run through the vent. Run past the Green terminal to the other end of the vent. Drop down and run through the door into the building with the Red terminal. Enter the vent on your right and follow to the other end of the building. Crawl out, hop over the box in front of you and run forwards. Turn right into a delivery truck. Climb out the truck and drop down to the right. Be warned, there is usually an enemy waiting in this outside area. Head diagonally towards the spawn area and climb through a window. Now simply hop over the two chain link fences and return the file.

    Green > Red method (Player 2 and 3)
    Climb the pipe in front of you and hop over the box. To your left is a zip line. Climb the pole and travel to the other side, remembering to hold forwards to travel quicker. You will land on a roof top with the NOLA Store sign. Turn left and jump across the gap. Drop down the vent here. Travel to the far side and go underneath the ground. The second exit on your left will lead to the Green terminal. There is only one entrance to this terminal for enemies. Hack this on a 2 or 3 bar signal and go back through the vent whenever an enemy appears.

    Go back to the vent and climb the pipe to the top. Walk across some way and you will be able to hack the Red terminal on a 1 bar signal. Repeat until you have a full file.

    To escape, follow the vent to the other end of the building. Crawl out, hop over the box in front of you and run forwards. Turn right into a delivery truck. Climb out the truck and drop down to the right. Be warned, there is usually an enemy waiting in this outside area. Head diagonally towards the spawn area and climb through a window. Now simply hop over the two chain link fences and return the file.

    Mission 12 (Double Agent) - Operation PHOENIX
    Map: USS Wisdom
    Difficulty: ***
    My Difficulty: ***
    Gold Score: 1100
    My Score: 1921
    Terminals: Yellow > Blue > Green
    Since this is a Double Agent mission, it is advised that the winning spy takes syringes, while the other two spies take flash grenades.

    It is important on this map to keep returning to the spawn area to restock gadgets and heal if necessary.

    Slide down the pole in front of you and turn around. Run out of the ship and head to the left. Past the stairs is a chain link fence - climb this. To your right is a window leading to the Yellow terminal. The winning spy should climb through and hack the terminal on a 2 bar signal. The other spies should cover a door each on this level for any enemies. The minute an enemy enters the room, the winning spy should climb out the window, followed closely by the other two spies.

    Just up ahead is another window to your right which leads to the Blue terminal. The winning spy should climb through and hack the terminal on a 2 bar signal, with the other spies covering the door and staircase respectively. The minute an enemy appears, retreat out the window.

    You will be able to climb up the side of the ship. The other two spies should climb up first to ensure the area is safe. You will now be at the Green terminal. The winning spy should climb up into the roof and hack the Green terminal on a 2 bar signal. The other spies will cover half this room each. When the Green terminal isn't safe anymore, climb back down the side of the ship and begin the process all over again. A gold medal can be achieved once 500% has been hacked from the terminal.

    CODENAME: DIAMOND

    Mission 15 - Operation ARCTIC WOLF
    Map: Boss House
    Difficulty: **
    My Difficulty: **
    Gold Score: 1800
    My Score: 2650
    Terminals: Yellow
    Each player should take flash grenades.

    Climb out of the spawn area and go straight down the zip line, remembering to hold forwards to travel quicker. Go through the crawl space on your right into the attic. Come out the other side and you should be above the Yellow terminal. Jump down and have one spy hack the terminal on a 3 bar signal, while the other two spies cover them. The moment the file has been hacked, someone else should start hacking. My team all managed to get a file each before we escaped the area.

    To escape you will be running around the edge of the map. Run outside onto the balcony and climb onto the roof top. Go back through the attic to the other side. Turn right and run to the far end of the map. Drop onto the rooftop below you and carry on running. Around the corner, jump onto the zip line, remembering to hold forwards to travel quicker, and climb through the window. Now simply climb through the ceiling to drop off the file.

    Mission 16 (Double Agent) - Operation NAJA
    Map: Slaughterhouse
    Difficulty: ***
    My Difficulty: *
    Gold Score: 1100
    My Score: 1732
    Terminals: Yellow
    This is the easiest mission to complete in the Diamond group, so long as you have three players.

    Since this is a Double Agent mission, it is advised that the winning spy takes syringes, while the other two spies take flash grenades.

    Climb up both sets of ladders to the top floor. Climb out the window and jump onto the zip line, remembering to hold forwards to travel quicker. When you land, climb the box in front of you and go through the vent. You should now be above the Green terminal.

    This next step is the hardest part of the mission. Go right and follow the path above the Blue terminal and head into another vent. Follow it to the end and you will be at the Yellow terminal. Disable both the lights in this room.

    The winning spy should stand right next to the terminal and hack it on a 3 bar signal. The other two spies have one job now - jumping on the enemies. Next to the only door is a box. Both should climb onto this and wait for enemies to enter the room. Every time one walks through the door, jump on their head. Wait for them to fully stand back up before jumping on them again. Two jumps on an enemy will kill them. Alternate jumps between players. A gold medal can be achieved once 500% has been hacked from the terminal.

    Mission 17 (Double Agent) - Operation BELUGA
    Map: Blackwing
    Difficulty: ****
    My Difficulty: ***
    Gold Score: 1450
    My Score: 1718
    Terminals: Blue
    Each player should take flash grenades.

    Run towards the end of the corridor, turn left and climb out the window. Run through the doors in front of you and hack open the locked gate on your left. Going this route only takes 15 seconds. In a perfect run, it is possible to hack and return a file in just 1 minute! Grenades are your biggest threat on this mission. Try to dispose of guards quickly before they get a chance to fire.

    The minute you enter this room have the winning spy stand right next to the Blue terminal and begin hacking on a 3 bar signal. One spy should run to the far end of this room and kill the enemy that spawns near the Green terminal (there is always an enemy here). The other spy should run around the room disabling all the lights. Now the losing spies must cover a door each, one at the far end of this room and one at the entrance to this room. Drop a flash grenade and grab the guards from behind to kill them.

    When the Blue terminal has been hacked, everyone should return to base the same way you entered the building. Climb the pipe and drop off the file. Restock and heal and repeat the process.

    Mission 18 - Operation SHARK
    Map: Terminus
    Difficulty: ****
    My Difficulty: ****
    Gold Score: 1300
    My Score: 1373
    Terminals: Red > Green > Yellow > Blue
    Take flash grenades or syringes, depending on what you prefer.

    Drop down to the car park and head straight into the building with the Red terminal. Run up the stairs and hack the terminal on a 3 bar signal. You should be able to take this terminal without any threat from enemies. Hack the door opposite the terminal and run through.

    Run across the platform and drop down underneath the bus. Crouch through the crawl space and hack the Green terminal on a 2 bar signal. This terminal should also be easy to hack without any threat from enemies.

    Go back through the crawl space and run to the left towards the Yellow terminal, through the door on the ground floor. Climb the ladder and then jump up into the vent, hacking the Yellow terminal on a 2 bar signal.

    Go through the vent and you should be able to see the Blue terminal. Exit the vent and run across the shaft until you reach a box. Crouch next to it and hack the Blue terminal on a 1 bar signal.

    To escape, head back towards the Yellow terminal. Go through the vent and drop to the ground floor. Head towards the end of the room. Turn right and roll (hold B) across the exposed room through a door (black and yellow striped). The second you enter the car park, turn right immediately and climb over the plants. Run across the car park and climb the pole back to the spawn area.

    Congratulations! You've just beaten the hardest Co-Op mission on the game.

    Banemaster117I did mission 16 solo. just my advise for the slaughterhouse missions.

    Go to red take health syringe. crouch and stand right next to the terminal. watch for grenades and when a guard shows up put the terminal between you and the guard all while still hacking. You will have to maneuver a bit bit if you're hacking you will lock onto that object that is to say your view will be stuck to the terminal. Just keep going and it should only take 5 min.

    Operation SHARK
    Mission 18
    Gold Solo
    This will not work every time. You will die a lot.

    First time at Red is easy, hack then into the roof space.
    Blue you can get naded a lot, you can get a guard on the upper gantry that sees you then you die.
    Green is ok just if you see lights back off! If you see the guard come down run to alternate route.
    Yellow is pretty simple stay close watch for lights flash bang run.
    Second time at red can be a bastard, then all the rest are the same.
    On this run the ECC thing restarted so it locked all the doors again :/ don't even know why it went off :S

    If you die restart, you need the no deaths bonus to get the 1300 for gold.
