As you've probably guessed, the race cars are R1-4 rated cars. All of them have a numbered name (e.g. a # followed by a number), to make it easier for you to distinguish between a production and a race car.

You could spend loads of money on this, but a great deal of these cars can be won, either by winning championships or levelling up. However, even at level 50 with all races complete, there will be some locked. To solve this, you have to change your region, at 100k for the first time, 500k for the second.

The plan is to not change your region until you're absolutely sure you've unlocked and bought every car you can in your starter region, then change (which unlocks the cars in your new region), buy those, then change again to the final third region, to unlock all the cars for buying.

The obvious route to go round here is to not tackle this achievement seperately, and attempt to collect all the regular cars alongside it. The price of a region change VERY quickly adds up (100k - 500k - 2mil - 10mil), so making silly errors by changing regions when you don't need to can make this achievement so much more time consuming.

QueegumI've won ever race and not recieved all the cars, therefore i must conclude that your solution is wrong

Lo IngobernableIt is theoretically possible, although I've realised it's through loads of continent switching which is probably not possible after all considering the costs involved. So you'll have to buy the rest then. Sorry.

Kinglink2It's theoretically impossible. You can't win EVERY car in a single game.

It's possible to win any of these cars in a single game, but it depends which region you're in. You'll win at least 1/3rd of them but you'll be missing the ones that would be unlocked if you were in another region.

Lo IngobernableSo, at most, you have to play three full games in three regions or something? Don't exactly know what you're getting at here, sorry.

XonatronCan you explain changing regions? Everything about it I need to know.

XonatronDownvoted due to the confusion of your last paragraph. Will upvote if you clarify it for me (and others).

Lo Ingobernable(I haven't played this in aaages, so sorry if this is a little incorrect, I'm trying to go off memory here)

Right, originally this talk about changing regions was to test the possibility that you COULD win all of the cars just by racing (no buying involved). But it's impossible to get them all. Some cars will STILL remain locked, even after finishing all the races.

So, you'll have to change regions to unlock the other cars. You can do that by accessing your profile (I think it's the RB button) and in there is an option to change. It's pricey though:

    100k for the first change.
    500k for the second.
    2mil for the third.
    10mil for the fourth.

So ideally the plan should be to finish all the races in your region (say, Asia) buy all the cars you can, then when you've got them all, change region to Europe, which will let you buy all the European race cars, then change region again to North America, and buy all of the US race cars.

That's what I'm implying here. tbh I haven't come close to completing it, I just put all the names of the cars down here as a kind of checklist, assuming it'd help people.

XonatronThank you, I up-voted you. You should add this in your solution above. The key thing to remember (now that I understand it all) is to get every car in the region you start out in while in that region, and then move to the next one, then the last one, never coming back.

Lo IngobernableExactly. Because 10m is about the cost of all of the cars in the whole game in the first place.

MazraelCost me just over 10mil to buy all the European cars, that weren't won woth races at 50% discount (where available) - which I didn't start buying cars until I had at least 11million in pocket (except for a couple needed for races) - and I still have to buy all the cars from the other 2 regions
