    In arcade's level in act 2, have cyclops equipped in your party. After you finish the pitfall style arcade game, cyclops and Jean will speak and the achievement will unlock

    OtisFamilyIt should be noted that this achievement requires you to download the Heroes DLC pack (you get a nice deal if you buy the Combo pack which includes the heroes and villians).

    Leo Ascendent@ Tufel, yes. Thought I'd be able to get this later in the game, due to events that occur involving Jean, but nope, only here.

    AngloSaxtonI think the DLC was quietly pulled from Xbox live a little while ago. To my knowledge, the only way you can get these characters now is to get the 'Gold Edition' of this game.

    SHAKES MUGWUMPThe "On Demand" version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is the Gold Edition and contains all of the Heroes and Villains DLC for anyone who didn't know.
    This game was on sale for $9.99 but I just checked and the sale is over.
    But for those who were unable to get the DLC achievements and may wish to in the future; keep an eye out for this game to go on sale again.
    At least now we know that it is possible to get the DLC again.

    TerretsforeverJust to add to the help, Scott has to be alive during this, as someone who is kinda bad at this game that was a rough situation to be in. Do your best to be careful with him & make sure you're leveling up your characters.

    OperativeEmeralBefore setting out for your first mission in Act 2 (when you first leave Doctor Strange’s house) have Cyclops In you’re party. You won’t hit a save point to extract from until after you’ve fought Jean Grey.
