  Go to the girls dorms and pick the flowers from the front.
  
  Walk up to a girl your age target with LT and press A to flirt, press A to give them some flowers and press A again to kiss them.
  
  You can kiss a girl more than once and it still counts, if you kiss more than one girl quickly then you will probably get a slap or knee.

  You should also try to get kisses with flowers ASAP because you won't be able to give flowers anymore after English 5.

  Go to a girl and give them flowers or another gift. Flirt a little bit . You can receive a kiss from her. Repeat this 25 more times. And there's your achievement. (Kissing the same girl also counts towards this achievement.)

  It's probably worth mentioning that you need to complete art class at least once in order to exchange gifts for kisses, Kissing also gives a 25% health boost.

  First of all, you need to have completed Art Class 1, then once you've learned how to kiss go to exterior of the girl's dorm and pick some flowers, find a girl and flirt with them, give them the flowers and then kiss them, you can kiss the same girl 25 times. Also, you can get some chocolates and flirt with the "larger" girls then kiss them, but hey, the choice is yours.
