The vids posted before don't really tell you the whole story.

First off, change the number of lives to 5. That works for all the achvs by the way.

What you want to do is clear away the pellets as they slow you down (not handy when you are chasing down these spectral pricks).

Then it's a case of attracting their attention (stay away from the red one though as he's the most aggressive) until all four are near you. Then grab a power pill and get all four of them.

Repeat that three times and the achv will unlock when the game is over.

Handy tip: don't leave anything breakable within throwing range of your controller.

Make sure to leave a few pellets out there so you don't clear the round by accidently by grabbing the last power pill and pellets. I did that when attempting to eat the last 4 ghosts. With some practice and using the extra lives it's not hard to do it once or twice but the third and fourth ghost sets can come down to a bit of luck. Try not to get corned and try to group all the ghosts close together. As you get down to your last lives you can get a bit more risky and aggressive. Be patient and you should be able to get this.

This is my video for the hardest achievement in Pacman. Many have failed completion due to this, And if you are reading this I guess you are stuck too.

Make sure you set the live to 5, accessed in the OPTIONS menu. The video explains all this but just so you are aware. The first two are the easiest to do as you can use a set path to get the Ghosts together the majority of the time. The last 2 require a little more luck, but using the same sort of path I take hopefully you will have this done not long after.

This one is the hardest achievement of them all. The best way to do it is to wait until all four ghosts are chasing you, then when they are as close as you dare let them get, eat the power pellet and quickly turn and eat them all. You'll need to do this four times within the same stage and before you finish eating all the dots.
