    You don't have to beat the record time. Just finish the courses. Easy achievement as you will race all the courses by progressing in the game.

    Trikke den 1eThere are 3 courses:
    1st - in the Yard at Robinson's House
    2nd - industrial district, where you must use the fans to get to higher grounds, and where at the end you get to challenge the champ at chargeball
    3rd - old town, in the sewer
    Doing these 3, all story related btw, you get the achievement at the end of the 3rd course
