There are 3 stages to this boss fight.
1st stage: The lenses are already active in front of you, simply activate one with your charge glove to damage the boss.
2nd stage: Now the lenses are powered down and you have to activate one switch on each side of the room to power them up. Either note the color of the switch you activate or follow the power leads and make sure you activate the appropriate one on the other side. Repeat this process for each lens.
3rd stage: Same as 2nd stage except this time you must disassemble the lens covers first. Repeat the process with all 3 lenses and you will have completed the boss battle.
