I did not originally intend to end up making such a long solution, but I'm sure if you're having problems u will appreciate the depth I go into. For the reader who just wants a few basic tips just read the first two sections below. If you get stuck on one of the last two levels, I have written up suggested strategies for both further down.

The Masari campaign is different from all other campaigns in a couple of ways.
1: It MUST be played ALL THE WAY THROUGH on the hard difficulty level. If the difficulty is changed at any point in the campaign it will not count.
2: Aside from the first and last mission it is nearly entirely unscripted.
3: It combines global and tactical strategy. (Although requires no defense at the global level)

To start off with get rid of the few disciples you have in your army (press X) and then build as many inquisitors as you can. When you have a full cap attack wherever you deem fit. When the battles begin you may want to save right away (just in case things go badly). Immediately drop off ur hero (so he doesnt get caught up in the fighting and die) and start scouting around with your army of inquisitors. Find the enemy base and destroy it. It is recommended to be in Light Mode because no areas (until Central America) have AA. If you switch to Dark Mode you will be grounding your air fleet and rendering this strategy ineffective, as your units will be slower and able to be attacked by anyone and everyone. So, from the air, kill the few little guys that can shoot at you, then kill Glyphcarvers then focus on the base. If they have already built a walker then kill it asap by focusing on the necessary hardpoints. If they have somehow advanced enough to repel your attack u may want to reload the save at the beginning of the level and go straight to their spawn. They will always spawn in the same place. Once the base and harvesters are destroyed the battle is won. This strategy will work great on both the African and South American continents...So until you have conquered both areas, the rest of this solution is inapplicable to you. However, whenever you have to invade the territory "Central America", you will want to totally revamp the gameplan. After several failed attempts with my air fleet, I finally succeeded using a different strategy.

The following are guides to the last two levels. I try to keep things as anonymous as possible; however, they may contain small spoilers and I only suggest using them if you are stuck, to keep from giving away bits of the end storyline.

First off, scrap every air unit in your army and build all Conquerors (requires you to build a Key Inspiration at the global level on one of your plots and upgrade it accordingly). Once you have a full army make a save, then invade. Drop off your troops on the south entrance of the westernmost bridge. Leave your tanks there, this is where you will make your stand. Now move your hero and builders further southwest to begin to build a base. I suggest making a new manual save here. -NOTE: At any point in the game, if you take too long to get to the next step you may need to reload an earlier save to get a fresh start if the AI gets too far ahead. It does not hurt to have several saves to revert back to.- You will want to build turrets on the bridge asap to assist your tanks. After one or two turrets are up build and upgrade an Air Guardian (or two) as you will have no defense against those pesky saucers unless you decide to build disciples (up to you). Also, I found it best to be in "Dark Mode" as it give your units extra armor, which is a HUGE plus on Hard difficulty.

NOTE: Be on the lookout for Nufai. He is stealthed while attacking, but is vulnerable to turrets so when he appears make quick work of him to avoid heavy armor losses. Once he is dead he will not respawn.

Once you have a firm foothold in the area with around 8 turrets on the bridge, begin production of your army. Research what you need to to be able to build Peacebringers, then build around 70% of those and the other 30% build Scounts carrying Disciples or just Conquerors (up to your personal preference). Set the rally point for however many Machina's you decide to build at the northern-most crossing of the eastern bridge. Eventually the enemy will send walkers. Try not to engage the walkers with your units as there is no way to gain heath back and your turrets can be easily repaired. Your beastly turrets should have no trouble downing walker after walker. Simply double click a turret so you can micromanage where they all aim to literally take a walker down in mere seconds.

After all three walkers have been destroyed make another save and prepare for the final blow. NOTE: The enemy WILL build a superweapon so if you dont want to risk them using it you may prefer to strike earlier; but either way, once the walkers are out of the way it will be smooth sailing into the base. Take it from the north west and u should walk right up on the main structure with the super weapon probably to the north of it. The enemy base has a fairly powerful cannon...but nothing ur guys cant handle. Especially if they have built up full dark matter armor. Once the main structure is destroyed the level is won, no other buildings matter.

For the last level I strongly recommend following the guide on x360 which I will quote here for your convenience: "--POSSIBLE SPOILERS--
For the final mission build a large number of turrets to the north of your base, and 5 or 6 to the north of the Novus base. Then max out your population and send those forces in a wave against the enemy. An effective method (even more so if you're playing on an unpatched version of the game) is nothing but peacebringers in dark mode. Again, you have unlimited resources. The only real threat against your base will come from the north, and should be easily handled by your turrets."

I would add that you will want to absolutely MAKE SURE you get those turrets built north of the Novus base ASAP. If you need to, play through the level once and see where Mirabel goes so you know where to build them. There will be a pinch point directly north of her next to a pyramid which is where you will want to ideally build. SEVERAL walkers will attempt to attack from the north and if you don't have, I'd say... at least 4 upgraded turrets built, your chances of failing the objective are quite high. I would also recommend sending the disciples that u start out with at the north of your base over there to help just in case. After you destroy The Purifier Kamal Rex will be dropped off with a small troop just north east of your base. Have no fear, however, for if u place the turrets where recommended they will make quick work of him. If you have successfully completed the previous two campaigns on hard difficulty then upon completion u will also unlock:
