Did this last night and the quit out method didn't work for us, as it still classed the last remaining player as coming 8th. But we did stumble upon a easy way of getting it. Given how long this game has been out it should be easy to get everyone on one table, hardly anyone plays it now-a-days. Just have one player set up a game and everyone else search for it. Must be a competitive tournament.

On the first time have everyone go all-in. Only one should hopefully win and get the achievement.

On the second time, once the hand has started have the player WITH the achievement leave the table. Then everyone else go all-in. Another one should hopefully win and get it.

Repeat, with all the players with the achievement leaving, just leaving the people who still need it to go all-in.

You'll be left eventually with one player without. On the last time have everyone but the player that needs the achievement and one other leave. Then have one of you bet like 496 and the other call. On the flop, the player WITH the achievement folds, giving the one without a massive chip lead. Then simply keep going all-in until you win and get the achievement.
